Ralph and his team were fantastic. Even when we hit an unexpected road bump (absolutely nothing Ralph and his team could have prevented or foreseen) he managed to keep us on schedule and talked us through our options multiple times to make sure we found an option that worked for us budget-wise while still insuring the integrity of our new floors. We only did our first floor for now, but I have zero doubt in my mind that we will pick Floorprints again when we do our second floor!

Great work on our basement reno, including some tricky leveling work. We had them recommend and supply materials. The LVP install was fast and looked fantastic. Price was more than big box retailers but so worth it for the quality of work and durability of the floor. Would definitely go to Footprints Floors again for future projects.

Ralph and his co-workers were friendly helpful, and highly professional when working with us to install new stairs in our 30 year old home. The project was completed in a timely and excellent manner with high quality materials. The old materials were disposed of and the mess contained. Ralph and his team did an amazing job restoring some beautiful old pine floors in a house I recently purchased! They were able to remove multiple layers of paint and bring them back to life. The 1st floor involved demo of ancient flooring and installation of new red oak with great attention to detail to preserve existing architectural flooring around the hearth. I hired Footprints Floors to refurbish a bedroom floor in an older home built in the 1850's-1900's. The old pine floor ended up beautiful. It is hard to believe that it is the same floor and not a newly laid floor. Ralph and his workers did a great job and worked professionally at all times. They were prompt with coming out to do the estimate and gave good advice on the best ways to approach our tiling project. Once we had the tile purchased and on site, they came within a few days. The team that came in was very pleasant and ready to work. From start to finish was less than 1.5 days. They definitely knew their craft and were also good at cleaning up afterwards. Ralph and crew were amazing! We needed our floors leveled and flattened before installing LVP. Ralph and crew did not hesitate to come by and do a full estimate of our floors. When other contractors failed to give us estimates due to the amount of leveling required, Ralph came in to get the job done. Finished in just a couple days (and less than the original estimate)! Would highly recommend for difficult to handle jobs.

Ralph and his team installed porcelain tile throughout the downstairs of my home on two separate jobs.
