Ralph and his team were fantastic. Even when we hit an unexpected road bump (absolutely nothing Ralph and his team could have prevented or foreseen) he managed to keep us on schedule and talked us through our options multiple times to make sure we found an option that worked for us budget-wise while still insuring the integrity of our new floors. We only did our first floor for now, but I have zero doubt in my mind that we will pick Floorprints again when we do our second floor!

Ralph and his crew refinished our hardwood floors. Ralph was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. The quality of the work was good s]and the price was reasonable.

Great work on our basement reno, including some tricky leveling work. We had them recommend and supply materials. The LVP install was fast and looked fantastic. Price was more than big box retailers but so worth it for the quality of work and durability of the floor. Would definitely go to Footprints Floors again for future projects.

Ralph and his co-workers were friendly helpful, and highly professional when working with us to install new stairs in our 30 year old home. The project was completed in a timely and excellent manner with high quality materials. The old materials were disposed of and the mess contained. One fellow even used a feather duster to make sure the nearby room was clean. We appreciate the time and care that went into the work. We would absolutely use Footprints Floors for our next project!

Footprints Floors is absolutely phenomenal to work with. Ralph and the team are incredibly skilled and professional, and deliver on time with high quality at a very fair price! We had three bedrooms with carpet and requested that they match the existing hardwood floor in the rest of the house and their team did it perfectly - it is seamless and beautiful. 11/10 stars, can’t recommend them more highly!!

We bought a house in Scarborough and it had Brazilian Cherry Wood floors. I called Ralph at Footprints Floors Maine and Ralph explained very honestly that the red would never come out. Reddish hues are not my favorite, but Ralph and his crew did an awesome job in a timely manner. I think I am a convert! Ralph at Footprint Flooring did not disappoint. From the original quote to the refinishing, everything went perfectly. He managed to resurface, stain and poly engineered wood floors and they came out beautifully!

Ralph and his team did an amazing job restoring some beautiful old pine floors in a house I recently purchased! They were able to remove multiple layers of paint and bring them back to life. Outside of being very skilled the crew was efficient, clean, and considerate. Not much more you can ask for when renovating any part of your home!!

Ralph and his team did a wonderful job replacing some LVP flooring at my mother’s condo. They were also able to match a damaged hardwood that was tough to match - and it looks great. Ralph is so easy to work with - professional and communicative. He did a great job explaining what was going to happen and did it in exactly the estimated time frame. I shopped around and the price was competitive or better than similar companies. I’ve got an upcoming project at my house and would not hesitate to work with Footprints again.

We could not be happier with the job that Ralph and his team did at refinishing our hardwood floors. After 15 years and 2 kids and a dog our hickory floors were in desperate need of some love. We were very pleased with Footprints quality of work and care for our home. Our kitchen hardwood had deep dark scratches thanks to our pup who sees squirrels in the yard . Ralph and his team did a great job on our challenging project. It all looks great. Communication was first rate on timing and all aspects of the work. The 1st floor involved demo of ancient flooring and installation of new red oak with great attention to detail to preserve existing architectural flooring around the hearth. The 3rd floor involved rehab of existing flooring. A++ The work work crews were super polite and hard working.

Would recommend Footprints Floors Maine based on our experience. We worked with Ralph mainly over phone and email as we were moving from out of state, Ralph was very easy to communicate with and responsive. Footprint Floors Maine was timely on the estimate appointment, delivery, and projection completion. We had a few existing hard wood floors, which they match well. The final cost was very close to estimate proposal. Ralph kept us updated with photos and updates throughout the project, completion and stopped by after we moved in to follow up.

Footprints installed flooring and baseboards in 3 rooms at my home .The floors look very good .The job was done quickly and the cleaned up when they finished up .I plan on hiring them to do my other 3 rooms

I hired Footprints Floors to refurbish a bedroom floor in an older home built in the 1850's-1900's. The old pine floor ended up beautiful. It is hard to believe that it is the same floor and not a newly laid floor. Ralph and his workers did a great job and worked professionally at all times. Excellent service from start to finish. Began with in person consult followed by in person follow up. Easy communication and I knew what to expect. Look at these stairs and the landing. The detail on how the wood was laid with a staggered design is gorgeous. Our dog approves too-she love a photo opp.

We had three bedroom floors which are at least 58 years old ,refinished by Footprints. Amazing results,they look brand new. Ralph and his team were so easy to work with. Would definitely recommend Footprints Floors for anyone needing a tile or flooring project done. They were prompt with coming out to do the estimate and gave good advice on the best ways to approach our tiling project. Once we had the tile purchased and on site, they came within a few days. The team that came in was very pleasant and ready to work. From start to finish was less than 1.5 days. They definitely knew their craft and were also good at cleaning up afterwards. Well worth the price. We love our new bathroom.

Ralph and crew were amazing! We needed our floors leveled and flattened before installing LVP. Ralph and crew did not hesitate to come by and do a full estimate of our floors. When other contractors failed to give us estimates due to the amount of leveling required, Ralph came in to get the job done. Finished in just a couple days (and less than the original estimate)! Would highly recommend for difficult to handle jobs.

Ralph and his team installed porcelain tile throughout the downstairs of my home on two separate jobs. They were clean, efficient, on time, friendly, professional and did our floors came out beautifully. The first job came out so well that we immediately hired them to do the rest of the downstairs. Ralph is wonderful. My job was huge and difficult with a major demolition before he could begin installing beautiful 4+inch red oak. He oversaw and managed everything efficiently and kept me informed everyday of progress along with sending pictures. The floors are gorgeous. Beyond anything I imagined.
