Ralph and his team were fantastic. Even when we hit an unexpected road bump (absolutely nothing Ralph and his team could have prevented or foreseen) he managed to keep us on schedule and talked us through our options multiple times to make sure we found an option that worked for us budget-wise while still insuring the integrity of our new floors. We only did our first floor for now, but I have zero doubt in my mind that we will pick Floorprints again when we do our second floor!

I hired Footprints Floors to refurbish a bedroom floor in an older home built in the 1850's-1900's. The old pine floor ended up beautiful. Ralph and crew were amazing! We needed our floors leveled and flattened before installing LVP. Ralph and crew did not hesitate to come by and do a full estimate of our floors. When other contractors failed to give us estimates due to the amount of leveling required, Ralph came in to get the job done. Finished in just a couple days (and less than the original estimate)! Would highly recommend for difficult to handle jobs.
