Out of the seven companies I had come out to give quotes, Mark was by far my favorite to deal with. He was professional, knowledgeable, and their prices were amazing. Eric followed up and managed the project, and he was also great to work with and clearly knew his stuff. Pedro and Damian handled the installation, and both did a fantastic job. I couldn’t be happier with how the floors turned out. The new hardwood addition looks amazing, completely seamless with the rest of the floor after the full refinish. Every morning, Pedro took the time to explain what they would be doing for the day and kept me updated on the progress, which I really appreciated. The entire team was professional, skilled, and easy to work with. Definitely a 5-star experience all around.

Matt and the team did an amazing job! From planning, to scheduling, to work to final walkthrough, everything was done on time and with great craftsmanship! It can be hard to find companies that can complete renovations on time and on budget, and they did both with the utmost professionalism! We especially loved their vinyl wrap products! They look great and are super durable.

Mike and Will did an exceptional job of transforming my cracked bamboo stair treads into luxury vinyl to match my downstairs flooring. Their attention to detail, tidiness, and quality work are commendable. It was a pleasure having them in my home. (The tape is temporary!! Just completed today.)

Had two old bedroom Windows retrofitted with new ones. The installation came out great and the bedrooms are already cooler with the new low E Glass. The next day Matt came back with Jason to tear up my office floor, grind it down to level, and then reinstall the LVP. Thumbs up to Jason for the excellent work on the floor. The results were perfect. No more catching my office chair on plank edges from a poor previous installation.

Rich helped us finish a DIY flooring project gone wrong. He was quick to schedule us in and his team was incredibly fast. Our new floors, baseboards, and thresholds look great, and are so neat! They were willing to travel out to us at our rural home and the project was completely within our starter home, small, new family budget. We are so thankful we found Footprints Floors!

A and J were the workmen on this job. They refinished the hardwood in two rooms, a hall and also replaced the carpeting on the stairs with hardwood. Their work was outstanding. They were efficient, knowledgeable and very clean. The communication from the office and the project manager was also spot on. I would recommend Footprints to anyone for hardwood flooring

I don't necessarily like communicating a lot thru texting back and forth. But I will say that Doug made this very effective. He was quick to respond and kept me updated throughout our process. His install team was very good and the job was well done. Found some issues the following day. Contacted Doug and everything was fully corrected in less than 48 hours. Footprints Floors My hubby and hired the company owned by Ashton Dorsett named Footprints Floors. We have to say we are more than please with his company and crew. It stated with the detail contract that was totally transparent to us. The crew showed up right on time and allowed us to know what to expect and when the job would be done. The attention to details was remarkable. This crew exceeded our expectations so much that we are ready to hire them again for other areas of the house to replace more floors. They communicated with us with clear expectations. It was clear to us the crew cared about our home as they cleaned as they went and left nothing behind. The crew came up with a solution for our flooring. They replaced the flooring in the bathroom and it looks amazing. They also replaced our downstairs flooring and we could not be happier. My experience with Footprints was exceptional -- 5 star PLUS. From the estimate (done by Jordan), to the scheduling of the work, to the expert tiler (German), it ran smoothly with great communication and beautifully finished work. In addition, a manager (Randall?) came with German so both could me meet me. Randall stayed until he knew I understood the process and German had what he needed. Randall even cleaned the floor where my stove had been. Randall kept in touch with me both days of the work and came at the end to see if I approved of the work. He loaded my car for me with the extra materials we didn't need and that I could return to the store where I bought them. I LOVE my kitchen backsplash and got what I consider to be the gold standard for customer service. Thank you to everyone at Footprints for a good experience with a beautiful backsplash. Barb Spriggs

We had a tough project — removing old carpet from the stairs and inlaying tile — which required some reconstruction work. They handled it beautifully! The original tile throughout our downstairs was over 20 years old, and they did a seamless job demoing it and installing the new tile. They even transformed the steps leading down into our living room, which were previously oak and then carpet — now they look stunning with tile. The attention to detail and craftsmanship are top-notch. What a transformation! Our home looks brand new, and we can’t stop admiring the results. Ralph and his team were fantastic. Even when we hit an unexpected road bump (absolutely nothing Ralph and his team could have prevented or foreseen) he managed to keep us on schedule and talked us through our options multiple times to make sure we found an option that worked for us budget-wise while still insuring the integrity of our new floors. We only did our first floor for now, but I have zero doubt in my mind that we will pick Floorprints again when we do our second floor!

Brandon came by to look at some hardwood flooring issues we had and didn’t try to sell us on unnecessary repairs. He suggested a couple things to try and simply let us know if we wanted to move forward with repairs, just to give him a call in the future and we’d take those steps. If you are looking for a company that listens to your concerns then Mick at Foot Prints Tiling is your guy. We needed the transition strip that separates rooms remove. They became a tripping hazard. They are gone replaced with a smooth even transition. Carpets gone now beautiful laid tile with matching grout. They are truly experts. If you are looking for qualified craftsmen that are actually part of the company then Foot Prints Tiling is your place.

Kyle and his team were professional, respectful and fast! We had hardwood underneath our carpet and they pulled up the carpet, sanded and stained the existing hardwood. The work was excellent and they were a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them!

We hired Footprints Floors to help repair a previous job done by another company. Alex was meticulous, and open to suggestions when we were designing certain aspects of our backsplash. Corners are crisp for an uneven tile. We knew we had some squareness issues with our walls and Alex was able to make it flow from one side to the other. Could not have asked for a better result.

Shawna and her team were such a joy to work with that I had them back a second time for another project in my home. From the estimation, to the demo, to the install, communication was abundant. She was transparent about the subfloor levelling that needed to happen which extended the project time and cost. The install team led by Darwin was top notch and detail oriented. Their ability to make one-piece stair tread fitting look easy show how good of craftsmen they are.

Amazing flooring and great to work with! I lost my entire kitchen to water damage over the summer and have had to work with numerous contractors over the past few months. Dan and his crew were, by far, the easiest company to work with. The installers were polite and professional and I really appreciated Dan’s involvement in the project.

When Scott and I sat down to discuss my project he spoke to me as a person and not as another job. I was impressed and I knew that I was going with his company. My floors are beautiful.

The entire project was an excellent experience for me. Scott, the owner, included me in every part of the process. He understood what the water issue was immediately. The process started on time and over the five days it took to complete, Scott was there at some point each day. The demolition crew came and efficiently did their job and cleaned up totally afterwards. Then came the plumber, the fabulous tile man, and the painter all doing their jobs efficiently and leaving everything spotless when they were finished.. The tile work was beautiful.. He even used a laser beam to insure everything was aligned perfectly. Off course, Scott was so wonderful to work with. I would only use Footprints for any future projects!

The work was completed in one day - that was 3 large rooms and a foyer. After years of looking at old, dilapidated wood floors they now look spectacular, and that's not an overstatement. One thing this company knows is how to do business professionally. Grant was here throughout the entire process, making sure we were satisfied with our flooring (which with an old chemical stain, it wasn’t easy) and was great with communication throughout the project. Drew was also great about getting us setup and explaining the process.

Brandon, William and team were able to handle some unexpected challenges with demo of our old floor and worked long hours in order to get our new SCP flooring installed. At our walkthrough Brandon was understanding of a few leveling concerns and offered a few possible solutions in order to make it meet our expectations.

Initially we started our flooring project with a big box store. In the middle of the job they advised us to call contractors due to issues with our subfloor and we were forced to find someone else to help us finish our project. Working with Rich from start to finish was an absolute pleasure. He provided a fair quote and was able to start the job within a couple of weeks. His team kept me informed every day they were on site, and Rich was always available to answer my many questions before, during, and after the project. He installed factory-finished oak hardwood in one part of the house and refinished our existing pine floors in the other, even restoring our creaking staircase. The original pine floors turned out absolutely beautiful—renewed yet full of character. Even more impressive, they matched the stain perfectly, so despite the two different wood types, the finished look is cohesive and intentional. 10/10 — highly recommend!

I'm writing to highly recommend Dan from Footprints Floors and his floor refinisher, Generro, for any floor refinishing needs. As a resident of Parker, I recently hired them to restore our hickory wood floors, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. After 17 years of family life, our floors had accumulated scars, water stains, and had turned an amber color, with some minor cupping due to improper care. It was definitely time for a restoration. While I anticipated some inconvenience, especially since the work covered our kitchen, dining area, entry, and family room, the process was surprisingly manageable. The dust was minimal, much less than I expected, although there was a fair amount of noise. Within six days, our home was almost back to normal. Our floors now look beautiful—even better than when they were first installed. Dan and Generro are truly professional and highly skilled.
