Matt and the team did an amazing job! From planning, to scheduling, to work to final walkthrough, everything was done on time and with great craftsmanship! It can be hard to find companies that can complete renovations on time and on budget, and they did both with the utmost professionalism! We especially loved their vinyl wrap products! They look great and are super durable.

Mike and Will did an exceptional job of transforming my cracked bamboo stair treads into luxury vinyl to match my downstairs flooring. Their attention to detail, tidiness, and quality work are commendable. It was a pleasure having them in my home. (The tape is temporary!! Just completed today.)

Had two old bedroom Windows retrofitted with new ones. The installation came out great and the bedrooms are already cooler with the new low E Glass. The next day Matt came back with Jason to tear up my office floor, grind it down to level, and then reinstall the LVP. Thumbs up to Jason for the excellent work on the floor. The results were perfect. No more catching my office chair on plank edges from a poor previous installation.

Rich helped us finish a DIY flooring project gone wrong. He was quick to schedule us in and his team was incredibly fast. Our new floors, baseboards, and thresholds look great, and are so neat! His install team was very good and the job was well done. Found some issues the following day. Contacted Doug and everything was fully corrected in less than 48 hours. It stated with the detail contract that was totally transparent to us. The crew showed up right on time and allowed us to know what to expect and when the job would be done. The attention to details was remarkable. This crew exceeded our expectations so much that we are ready to hire them again for other areas of the house to replace more floors. My experience with Footprints was exceptional -- 5 star PLUS. From the estimate (done by Jordan), to the scheduling of the work, to the expert tiler (German), it ran smoothly with great communication and beautifully finished work. In addition, a manager (Randall?) came with German so both could me meet me. Randall stayed until he knew I understood the process and German had what he needed. Randall even cleaned the floor where my stove had been. Randall kept in touch with me both days of the work and came at the end to see if I approved of the work. He loaded my car for me with the extra materials we didn't need and that I could return to the store where I bought them. We had a tough project — removing old carpet from the stairs and inlaying tile — which required some reconstruction work. They handled it beautifully! The original tile throughout our downstairs was over 20 years old, and they did a seamless job demoing it and installing the new tile. They even transformed the steps leading down into our living room, which were previously oak and then carpet — now they look stunning with tile. The attention to detail and craftsmanship are top-notch. What a transformation! Our home looks brand new, and we can’t stop admiring the results. Ralph and his team were fantastic. Even when we hit an unexpected road bump (absolutely nothing Ralph and his team could have prevented or foreseen) he managed to keep us on schedule and talked us through our options multiple times to make sure we found an option that worked for us budget-wise while still insuring the integrity of our new floors. We only did our first floor for now, but I have zero doubt in my mind that we will pick Floorprints again when we do our second floor!

They are gone replaced with a smooth even transition. Carpets gone now beautiful laid tile with matching grout. They are truly experts. Kyle and his team were professional, respectful and fast! We had hardwood underneath our carpet and they pulled up the carpet, sanded and stained the existing hardwood. The work was excellent and they were a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them!

We hired Footprints Floors to help repair a previous job done by another company. Alex was meticulous, and open to suggestions when we were designing certain aspects of our backsplash. Corners are crisp for an uneven tile. We knew we had some squareness issues with our walls and Alex was able to make it flow from one side to the other. Could not have asked for a better result.

Shawna and her team were such a joy to work with that I had them back a second time for another project in my home. From the estimation, to the demo, to the install, communication was abundant. She was transparent about the subfloor levelling that needed to happen which extended the project time and cost. The install team led by Darwin was top notch and detail oriented. Their ability to make one-piece stair tread fitting look easy show how good of craftsmen they are.

The entire project was an excellent experience for me. Scott, the owner, included me in every part of the process. He understood what the water issue was immediately. The process started on time and over the five days it took to complete, Scott was there at some point each day. The demolition crew came and efficiently did their job and cleaned up totally afterwards. Then came the plumber, the fabulous tile man, and the painter all doing their jobs efficiently and leaving everything spotless when they were finished.. The tile work was beautiful.. He even used a laser beam to insure everything was aligned perfectly. Off course, Scott was so wonderful to work with. I would only use Footprints for any future projects!

Working with Rich from start to finish was an absolute pleasure. He provided a fair quote and was able to start the job within a couple of weeks. He installed factory-finished oak hardwood in one part of the house and refinished our existing pine floors in the other, even restoring our creaking staircase. The original pine floors turned out absolutely beautiful—renewed yet full of character. I'm writing to highly recommend Dan from Footprints Floors and his floor refinisher, Generro, for any floor refinishing needs. As a resident of Parker, I recently hired them to restore our hickory wood floors, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. After 17 years of family life, our floors had accumulated scars, water stains, and had turned an amber color, with some minor cupping due to improper care. It was definitely time for a restoration. While I anticipated some inconvenience, especially since the work covered our kitchen, dining area, entry, and family room, the process was surprisingly manageable. The dust was minimal, much less than I expected, although there was a fair amount of noise. Within six days, our home was almost back to normal. Our floors now look beautiful—even better than when they were first installed. Dan and Generro are truly professional and highly skilled.
