We just love the new floor, and the workers at our place were very pleasant and diligent about making it perfect. I had stair treads, bannister & newel post restained & updated to match new wood floors. Work was done quickly & professionally. I wasn't home when the work was completed, after the fact, I saw a few small that I thought needed a touch up. Coming back to touch up was not a problem, scheduled immediately & touch up was finished in no time. Excellent work.

Jeff gave a fair price when compared to other local vendors. His work was spot on and the results were beautiful. I hadn’t planned on refinishing the existing floors, although they needed it. I figured since his work, installing the new wood floor was so good, and the furniture in the house was all temporarily rearranged, I thought why not? Great decision! He did all the existing floors including the stairs, and two days later I felt like I had a brand new house. I will definitely recommend them.

I cannot say enough good things about Jeff and his team. For two years, we have been trying to get this project done. One contractor took on the work and then couldn't get the materials and simply ghosted us for months before telling us why. We lost an entire rental season to the silence. Another contractor took on the work and then pulled out because of understaffing. Another two months lost. There is no doubt in our minds that had we started with Jeff and Footprints Floors, it would've gone much more smoothly. He and his were extremely responsive and extremely communicative. He was very open about possible delays on materials and planned for them. He stuck to a deadline which saved our rental season! AND THE WORK IS PHENOMENAL. He even saw a few boards that were damaged in another room that he was not working on and replaced/repaired them! He said, "I couldn't just leave them like that." Haha. A perfect example of his work ethic. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Jeff and his team did a wonderful job reflooring our entire home. He was able to come out and quote the work within a day of originally asking. Also, they were very flexible with timing as we were coordinating other home projects such as painting. The team showed up early every day and finished the project early. During the project they would send photo updates of how the floors were coming along. When completed the house was left in great shape. We are very happy with how this project turned out.

I needed advice on some flooring issues regarding water damage from my dishwasher so I could back up my insurance claim. I called on a Tuesday, left a message, got called back right-a-way and Jeff came out to my house on the Friday after. He is professional, courteous and gave me some solid advice on how to move forward. At this point, I will need to dry out my floors more to see if there is any further extended damage, but I will not hesitate to call Footprints Floors of Coastal Carolina if I need actual replacement of the involved floor sections.
