Jeff Barnwell and his floor installing crew arrived when as promised and after taking further measurements and assessments started work and didn't stop until the job was completed.

We had our entire home floors refinished before we moved in. We were in another state and trusted they would do a great job and they did. I look at my floors every day and love them and think about what a great job they did. Very pleased!

I wanted my new flooring in a herringbone pattern. Because of the difficulty involved, Footprints was the first installer I contacted even willing to undertake the job. And they did beautiful work. Other professionals who come to the house for our continuing home renovation keep complimenting me on the quality of the work. I am a picky DIY'er and in most cases, when I hire someone to come in and do things like cabinets, flooring, countertops, etc., I am not totally, completely, satisfied. However, I have to say that Footprints Floors knocked it out of the park with replacing the flooring in my whole condo with a new Luxury Vinyl Flooring product that we got from Floor and Decor. We just love the new floor, and the workers at our place were very pleasant and diligent about making it perfect. I would recommend Footprints Floors to EVERYONE who lives in this area and needs floor work. We are very pleased!!

He worked with me on securing the date for installation. The fellows who installed the floor could not have been any nicer. We recently had them install a vinyl tile floor in our 3 season porch. The installation took less than 4 hours. Jeff coordinated everything to accommodate our schedule. We are very pleased with the installation.

I had stair treads, bannister & newel post restained & updated to match new wood floors. Work was done quickly & professionally. I wasn't home when the work was completed, after the fact, I saw a few small that I thought needed a touch up. Coming back to touch up was not a problem, scheduled immediately & touch up was finished in no time. Excellent work.

Jeff gave a fair price when compared to other local vendors. His work was spot on and the results were beautiful. I hadn’t planned on refinishing the existing floors, although they needed it. I figured since his work, installing the new wood floor was so good, and the furniture in the house was all temporarily rearranged, I thought why not? Great decision! He did all the existing floors including the stairs, and two days later I felt like I had a brand new house. I will definitely recommend them.

The installation team members were skilled, professional, gave good attention to detail, and were artistic in laying the individual tiles. I cannot say enough good things about Jeff and his team. For two years, we have been trying to get this project done. One contractor took on the work and then couldn't get the materials and simply ghosted us for months before telling us why. We lost an entire rental season to the silence. Another contractor took on the work and then pulled out because of understaffing. Another two months lost. There is no doubt in our minds that had we started with Jeff and Footprints Floors, it would've gone much more smoothly. He and his were extremely responsive and extremely communicative. He was very open about possible delays on materials and planned for them. He stuck to a deadline which saved our rental season! AND THE WORK IS PHENOMENAL. He even saw a few boards that were damaged in another room that he was not working on and replaced/repaired them! He said, "I couldn't just leave them like that." Haha. A perfect example of his work ethic. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Jeff is in constant contact throughout the job. He and his crew were great to work with.

Jeff and his team did a wonderful job reflooring our entire home. He was able to come out and quote the work within a day of originally asking. Also, they were very flexible with timing as we were coordinating other home projects such as painting. The team showed up early every day and finished the project early. During the project they would send photo updates of how the floors were coming along. When completed the house was left in great shape. We are very happy with how this project turned out.

Replaced old carpeting with engineered vinyal waterproof flooring. Jeff came out as scheduled, on time gave quote. After checking out other vendors, went with Footprints. I needed advice on some flooring issues regarding water damage from my dishwasher so I could back up my insurance claim. I called on a Tuesday, left a message, got called back right-a-way and Jeff came out to my house on the Friday after. He is professional, courteous and gave me some solid advice on how to move forward. At this point, I will need to dry out my floors more to see if there is any further extended damage, but I will not hesitate to call Footprints Floors of Coastal Carolina if I need actual replacement of the involved floor sections. After a terrible experience a few years back with a flooring company through Lowe’s we decided to go with Footprints Floors of Coastal Carolina and I’m glad we did! The installers arrived on time on the date I was told they would be at my home (which in my opinion is exceptional and often hard to find). The work was completed in timely manner, it looks great, the installers cleaned up and I wouldn’t have even been able to tell they had been there if it wasn’t for the beautiful hardwood floors they left behind.
