If you need your floors done with precision and grace, this is the place to go to. Mike and Nan were extremely helpful when it came to setting up a time to get a crew out to survey damage and initiate repair, true professionals with an almost family like level of cistomer service. The damage I had was some damage to the floor boards from my dog clawing and chewing at a loose board. Their estimator Steve came out promptly, gave me a detailed break down on the cost for parts and labor. The total was far less than expected and they had someone out to location within 48 hours. I highly recommend using this location for any floor needs. If I could give them 5 out if 5 stars I would.
