We initially met Mike and Steve, but Nan or Steve were also on site daily, checking progress. I didn't need to wait for meaningful communication, I couldn't have asked for more. If you need your floors done with precision and grace, this is the place to go to. Mike and Nan were extremely helpful when it came to setting up a time to get a crew out to survey damage and initiate repair, true professionals with an almost family like level of cistomer service. The damage I had was some damage to the floor boards from my dog clawing and chewing at a loose board. Their estimator Steve came out promptly, gave me a detailed break down on the cost for parts and labor. The total was far less than expected and they had someone out to location within 48 hours. I highly recommend using this location for any floor needs. If I could give them 5 out if 5 stars I would.

I am absolutely thrilled with my floor refinishing by FOOTPRINTS FLOORS. The owner, Brian Stack, was always available to answer my questions. His estimate was fair, and the crew were wonderful. They always arrived on time, dust was minimal, and they cleaned up when finished. I added a few extras, and Brian always explained this. I chose special walnut by Duraseal on my red oak floors, perfect stain color between light and dark.

Helpful, friendly and quality work. Our job was probably smaller than most they do, but they took just as much care with ours as any larger one. Great to work with and very informative. I’m very happy with the work done.

Footprints did a small re-tiling job in my basement (I agreed to put back the baseboards after they finished). Prior to them, I had called a bunch of people who said things like "tile over concrete?", "what is a membrane?", and "oh, I was just going to go over the existing tile", so I was getting kind of desperate by the time I found them. From the moment I spoke to them, I knew I had found my flooring pro - Brian came in with a wealth of knowledge and experience about how to lay the tile out, crack prevention, liquid vs sheet membranes, leveling, pattern, grout and mortar type, trim, and on and on. When people are that passionate about their craft, you just know it's going to come out stellar. And it did! Max did a great job putting it all down. The floor is flat enough to roll a marble over, the grout joints are all perfectly even and uniform in color, the pattern they found (I never would have thought to use a 1/3 alternating pattern on my own) really shows off the veining in the tile, and everything is impeccably laid out. The installer was extremely punctual, friendly, and professional. The cost was quite reasonable, only about $100 more than the people I was dealing with earlier. The outcome was certainly worth it! The only thing I would have hoped for is more cleanup around the area of the tile saw after the job was done. It left behind a lot of dust coating the entire garage, enough that we still track it all over the driveway just by walking in and out. But that's a minor thing on an otherwise perfect job. Would use again in a flash!

I had Footprints Floors refinish my stairs this Fall and I could not be happier with the result. They were quick but very thorough and were able to match my existing floors nicely. I reached out to a few companies and received higher quotes with awful customer service so I am pleased that I decided to do business here.

I could not have had a better experience. I had reached out to Empire Today and Smart Carpet before reaching out to Brian and I am so glad that I did. While the other companies had been noticeably late to the appointment, Brian actually arrived 15 minutes early and took the time to explain how the project would move forward and explained to me, each part of the process. He answered all of my questions and I am so glad with the end result.

Had a floor resurfacing and staining done by Brian at Footprints. He and his team were incredibly professional. Quoted at a reasonable price and they completed the project in no time at all. We signed our contract after they added our requested language. They started and finished on the contracted dates. Brian was professional and efficient, coming to measure and quickly sending the estimate. After the tilers were done with the job, he came to check their work. We had a challenging slate tile pattern and the tilers spent a lot of time getting it right. The finished job was very good; tilers had to return to add more grout. Would use again.

We recently had our kitchen floor re-tiled. The job was especially tricky due to the age of our home and the slope and sag of our floor in some areas. Brian and Max could not have done a better job. The work was done quickly and Max was meticulous with his work and the results far exceeded our expectations. Not only was the tile installed perfectly, but the slope and sagging issue was greatly reduced to a point it's barely noticeable - something we didn't think would be possible. We are very happy with the work done and highly recommend Footprints Floors Morristown. We will definitely be having them back to refinish our hardwood floors soon.
