We had new floors installed throughout our basement, and Footprints Flooring was fantastic to work with. 10/10. We were in a bit of a hurry and they were able to fit us in quickly, and even did an extra job of recarpeting our stairs even though we just inquired about it the same morning. Footprints Floors did an excellent job refinishing our cabin oak floor and 2 stairways. They did exactly what we had agreed upon and worked hard to get the color just right. Their work on our commercial entryway project was excellent, as expected. What wasn't expected was their extreme flexibility and professionalism when problems and delays arose that neither of us caused. Outstanding. Definitely will use them again, and highly recommend them!

We thought about having our floors refinished for quite some time but weren't sure who to go with. The floors were solid wood that had been stained and prefinished prior to installation. We were told that this is process would be tricky, time consuming and that possibly we wouldn't be pleased with the outcome. Needless to say, we were concerned but went with Footprint Floors to get the job done. Carson and staff were very helpful in every way to ease our concerns. The floors turned out great and we couldn't be happier. It really was a refresh for our kitchen!
