The installers were excellent. They took great care moving the furniture and the new hardwood flooring is wonderful. At the end of each day they cleaned the work area and at the end of the project placed each piece of furniture back and swept the floor. The crew was very pleasant to work with and asked questions along the way and provided suggestions. We highly recommend this company

Excellent and professional results from start to finish. We were booked for 2 full days to have carpet removed and vinyl flooring installed for 800 sq ft. The entire job was completed in 1 days and the dumpster was gone the next morning. These are the people you want working in your house on your project. I had a great experience working with the team at Footprints. Parts of my floor were damaged and I didn’t think they were salvageable. The refinishers did a great job and the floors look beautiful! They taped around all of the kitchen cabinets prior to sanding which I appreciated very much. I plan to use them for another floor refinish project very soon!

We were planning a pretty big flooring project & honestly didn't know where to start. We went to a few stores and wandered around not knowing what we were looking for or where to begin. I found Footprint Floors online, they had great reviews so I called. Brian came to our house listened, advised & quoted out our project. He is the reason we choose this company. He was honest & kind. We weren't sure if we wanted to do the whole project because of cost. What he suggested we do, if only doing a part of the project was actually the least expensive option. We ended up doing the whole project & couldn't be happier with our decision. We went with their recommendation on a company to buy our wood, Lanham. They were great and their process was so easy. Their delivery person was also friendly & hardworking. My husband met the owner, Clint, on the first day of work. His communication throughout was great! I can't say enough about the crew that did the work. They were kind, respectful, and hardworking. I knew the crew would "clean up" when they were done but I did not expect the level of cleaning they did! I was dreading the clean up when the project was over but they made my job so much more manageable. I would highly recommend this company.

I worked with Brian, Clint, and Alberto as the lead for the crew who “demolished” three different floorings and installed the Greenguard LVP flooring of my choice as well as installing the full treads for my staircase renovation project. All were responsive, great communicators, and the new flooring eliminated transitions, with the crew leveling the subfloor and adding screws where needed. They ensured a random pattern in my LVP wood-look planks and even hauled out two couches to the dumpster that was on-site for the replaced/torn out flooring. The team worked extremely well together coordinating tasks with light banter and laughter. Baseboards were reinstalled and clean up was very well done. I highly recommend Footprints Floors of Columbus for any flooring project you are considering. With a crew of six and the Lead, Alberto, they finished an 880 sf area of flooring and the staircase in 7 hours.

MY HARDWOOD FLOORS ARE GORGEOUS! I am so excited and absolutely satisfied with what the team has done. The communication during the estimate and the project were top-notch, in addition, if I needed anything there was a continuous follow-up/check-in to make sure we were in a good place during the process as well. These floors were very dark (Mahogany) and initially, we were a little afraid that we would not get the lighter color we wanted, and we were not disappointed. Thanks again!
