Out of the seven companies I had come out to give quotes, Mark was by far my favorite to deal with. He was professional, knowledgeable, and their prices were amazing. Eric followed up and managed the project, and he was also great to work with and clearly knew his stuff. Pedro and Damian handled the installation, and both did a fantastic job. I couldn’t be happier with how the floors turned out. The new hardwood addition looks amazing, completely seamless with the rest of the floor after the full refinish. Every morning, Pedro took the time to explain what they would be doing for the day and kept me updated on the progress, which I really appreciated. The entire team was professional, skilled, and easy to work with. Definitely a 5-star experience all around.

The installation team was prompt and did an excellent job installing our flooring. They immediately informed us of any issues and quickly fixed them. Eric inspected the work several times to ensure the flooring was installed correctly and provided input on fixing any issues. We had our hardwood feathered and extended from the kitchen and informal dining room to the living room and formal dining areas. Upstairs we installed laminate in the hallway to the master bedroom and adjoining retreat. We had six estimates and Footprint Flooring was the least expensive yet with the best reviews. Their staff is professional, courteous and responsive. Mark gave us options for consideration and was customer focused. Eric was our go to person for questions or concerns - our communication with him was outstanding. The floor installers were committed to excellence in their craft and very polite. Footprints Floors is the best flooring company in Colorado Springs! They installed solid oak flooring to match existing very old oak flooring and refinished the entire area. The old oak matches the new flooring EXACTLY and the finish is absolutely beautiful! Their price was amazing and all the people who work at Footprints, from estimate to completion of the work were wonderful, I’m so happy with the outcome of this project.

There are no words to express how great this company is. I had very significant damage in a multi million dollar home and they were so professional! . Did an amazing job. They were fast. Working with Mark at Footprints was a fantastic experience! I chose them not only because they are a local, family-owned business but they also are more flexible than the other companies I looked at. I had a hard time finding a company that would install flooring that I purchased myself and Footprints not only fit the bill, they helped me source better material than I was originally looking for and got it for a better price! From start to finish, our experience with Footprint Floors was fantastic. Mark was extremely thorough in looking at options and patient as we decided on what and when to install. Eric and his installation team were equally thorough and professional. They ensured our laminate was installed 100% correctly and answered numerous questions we had during the installation as well as on how best to maintain the floors. This company is unique and treats their customers so well…we will use them again when needed!

Working with Mark and Eric was a great experience! They took the time to answer all of my many questions and walk me through the process to get one last refinishing on the 1910 hardwood floors - and they look AMAZING! I'm so impressed with the quality and care they took to spruce them up and help with the longevity of their last leg. Many deep scratches are no longer present and the floors are bright and smooth.
