Absolutely fantastic experience. Two men showed up at our residence and did an excellent job installing carpet in our stairs. We will use them for the bedrooms as well after we complete our hallway and bedroom in hardwood. To take the experience to the next level, Matt showed up to survey the work his guys had completed. 5 stars!!!!!!

Could not have been an easier process from going into the showroom, picking out what we needed, to ordering, installation, and follow up. Great customer service. The new carpet on our stairs looks and feels amazing. Matt even stopped by in person to inspect the job and make sure we were satisfied. Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Did a beautiful job on my floors and were the lowest bid by thousands. Had oak floors installed upstairs and the existing floors downstairs refinished. Everything stained to match and it’s all wonderful. Noel is an absolute professional and just a good dude to work with. Will be calling footprint when we redo our basement. I recently hired Footprints Floors of East Atlanta to refinish my hardwood floors and we are very happy with the results! My entire experience with Tim and his team was amazing. Tim took the time during the estimate process to answer all of my questions and walk me through the entire process. Because we have dogs, he made the recommendation of putting the final coat of poly with an industrial grade to help with the dogs not making scratches so easily. The team of gentleman who did the work were courteous, cleaned up each day and kept me updated on the progress each day. I recommend Footprints, you will not be disappointed.

I was greatly impressed with the teamwork of the crew. The men worked diligently in tandem to move quickly in putting the flooring down. Either the Project Manager or owner were here each day. I am very satisfied with Kevin's great floor work and his service for my house floors from the beginning to the end of this project. For the free estimate and consultation, he showed up on time. He is very knowledgeable and definitely is the expert in this area. He is very professional and very detail oriented at the same time. I need my kitchen floor to be fixed and the wood floor in other area to be refinished. For my kitchen floor, he is the only contractor who actually opened up a piece of the cracked floor to see what is underneath in order to give the precise estimate for the kitchen floor project. For the wood floor, he checked to see what kind of wood it is to suggest the best stained colors for my wood floor. From these behaviors including his transparency by taking his time to carefully evaluate everything in order to give me a very accurate estimated price, I already knew that he is the best contractor that I can have to take care of this big project. It turned out that I am 100% correct that he completed this project in time and my floor turned out very beautiful and functional. He also gave the instructions for preparing the floor work and after to take care of the floors. Wow. Footprints Peachtree City did a fantastic job on my condo as part of a sale. Highly recommend this company! Noel came out to provide a quote on fixing an issue with a previous installer and instead of just quoting me a high number and recommending to rip up the whole floor, he walked me through different solutions and even offered a DIY option which I'll try first. Though I didn't book any services I appreciate a owner/salesman that is there to help vs. upcharge on projects.

I am happy to share the details of my experience with Footprints Floors of Sandy Springs. We received three quotes for refinishing our hardwood floors. All three of them were very competitive and very close. Footprints was right in the middle and they were able to work to our schedule. They were fast and efficient and really seemed to know what they were doing. They gave us lots of choices on, stain colors and sampled five for us before they started. We are very pleased with our new bathroom tile and vinyl plank flooring from Footprints. Victor and Kelvin worked three really long days to get the job done. They’re both very talented, and Thomas did a good job supervising the project and communicating with us throughout. (Note: Our house was built in 1973, and the concrete slab floor needing leveling. It looked great when it was done, but that was an extra chunk of change not in the estimate. If you live in an older house, keep that in mind.)

One of the best companies that I have ever the pleasure of hiring. Tim (the owner) does the estimate and was at my home on the first day of installation and upon completion. His crew of four were professional, courteous, mindfull, cleanly and finished installing 2,000 square feet of LVP in two days. This includes removing and replacing of molding, moving furniture and adding subflooring where necessary. And the pricing is by far the best by almost 50% as compared to similar companies. Skip the rest and go straight to Footprints Floors, they are absoluetly the best!

Everything went as smooth as could be, and I definitely appreciated the flexibility of choosing our own flooring rather than having limited options through the company. They did a great job of leveling the floors in our home that had been neglected by the prior owners.

I've used Footprint Floors of East Atlanta for two jobs and have been delighted with the service and the work both times. The first time, I was planning to use Home Depot or Lowe's installers for Luxury Vinyl Plank I purchased, but I read enough reviews that led me to seek out other options. I contacted Kevin at Footprint Floors, and he was responsive. His pricing for installation was competitive with the others for far superior service and follow through. I've also seen other installations of the same flooring I've used in other homes and the work is not nearly as solid as Kevin and his crew. It was so good that I used him on a much bigger second project within a few months. I rarely write reviews, but this experience made it worth it!

I sought a couple estimates and Footprint Floors were extremely competitive. I also had a very pleasant meeting with them on their visit. Skipping to the end, the job was completed to my expectations, and the new hardwood looks amazing! Now a very important part of the review. There was a problem with how the floor initially took the stain and sealer. It very could have been the bad weather we had at the time of installation. Typical GA cold, then sunny and warm all mixed in with the rain out yards love. Bottom line is they went above and beyond to correct the issue as they were not about to disappoint a customer. If you’re looking for a new floor, these are your guys!

They tore out 1200 sf of tile in my house and replaced it with new tile. I wanted it installed with no transition between my bamboo floors and they made it flawless.
