Absolutely fantastic experience. Two men showed up at our residence and did an excellent job installing carpet in our stairs. We will use them for the bedrooms as well after we complete our hallway and bedroom in hardwood. My entire experience with Tim and his team was amazing. Tim took the time during the estimate process to answer all of my questions and walk me through the entire process. Because we have dogs, he made the recommendation of putting the final coat of poly with an industrial grade to help with the dogs not making scratches so easily. Highly recommend this company! Noel came out to provide a quote on fixing an issue with a previous installer and instead of just quoting me a high number and recommending to rip up the whole floor, he walked me through different solutions and even offered a DIY option which I'll try first. Though I didn't book any services I appreciate a owner/salesman that is there to help vs. upcharge on projects.

We are very pleased with our new bathroom tile and vinyl plank flooring from Footprints. Victor and Kelvin worked three really long days to get the job done. They’re both very talented, and Thomas did a good job supervising the project and communicating with us throughout. (Note: Our house was built in 1973, and the concrete slab floor needing leveling. It looked great when it was done, but that was an extra chunk of change not in the estimate. If you live in an older house, keep that in mind.)

One of the best companies that I have ever the pleasure of hiring. Tim (the owner) does the estimate and was at my home on the first day of installation and upon completion. His crew of four were professional, courteous, mindfull, cleanly and finished installing 2,000 square feet of LVP in two days. This includes removing and replacing of molding, moving furniture and adding subflooring where necessary. And the pricing is by far the best by almost 50% as compared to similar companies. Skip the rest and go straight to Footprints Floors, they are absoluetly the best!

The first time, I was planning to use Home Depot or Lowe's installers for Luxury Vinyl Plank I purchased, but I read enough reviews that led me to seek out other options. I contacted Kevin at Footprint Floors, and he was responsive. His pricing for installation was competitive with the others for far superior service and follow through. I've also seen other installations of the same flooring I've used in other homes and the work is not nearly as solid as Kevin and his crew. It was so good that I used him on a much bigger second project within a few months. I rarely write reviews, but this experience made it worth it!

I sought a couple estimates and Footprint Floors were extremely competitive. I also had a very pleasant meeting with them on their visit. Skipping to the end, the job was completed to my expectations, and the new hardwood looks amazing! Now a very important part of the review. There was a problem with how the floor initially took the stain and sealer. It very could have been the bad weather we had at the time of installation. Typical GA cold, then sunny and warm all mixed in with the rain out yards love. Bottom line is they went above and beyond to correct the issue as they were not about to disappoint a customer. If you’re looking for a new floor, these are your guys!
