We are very pleased. The owner was patient in explaining the process with us and transparent about materials, labor, pricing, and everything involved. The craftsman did a good job on the install and adjusted well in real time to a couple minor issues that are fairly common, I believe, on a project such as ours. The bid was expeditious and straightforward, admin was responsive, and the install (plus follow-up) was clean.

Brandon did a great job with sanding and staining our hardwood floors. He mixed a couple stains to get our desired look since we have red oak floors which pulls more red than we wanted. They were clean and aware of my terrible allergies and did some incredible dust mitigation for me, kept me house clean while they did tile removal, sanding and then tile installation. Joseph's Footprints Floors team did an awesome job putting in the heated flooring tiles in our master bathroom. We chose the old beige tiles to be taken out and the new gray tiles to be put in. Joseph has been great to work with as I get my house renovated. They have done my kitchen backsplash, baseboards/doortrim, vinyl floor, some subfloor work, and carpet for me. We had 2 deep scratches in our laminate. To replace it would not be feasible because of the age and match possibility. So Joseph, the owner, came in with his wax kit, sat on the floor, and worked the colored wax into the scratches for more than an hour. When he stood up, the sratches were almost hidden. We were so pleased. Joseph was very conscientious and kind. We would not hesitate to use his company in the future.

We started just using them for the tile and then because they were so trustworthy, easy to work with and fast we decided to use them over other companies for carpet and LVP flooring and then had them come back to do our baseboards because the other company we had planned to do our baseboards WERE NOT easy to work with. This company just steps right up to do the job and wants to work with your schedule. They sure earned our business!! When doing our tile I wasn’t prepared for the questions of how I wanted it laid (naively I didn’t know there were options lol) and instead of being frustrated in impatient with me they took the time to lay out tiles so I could picture it easier and patiently waited as I asked for opinions from family members. It was SUCH a stress relief working with them compared to other companies where I felt rushed— it’s so hard for me to make all of these decisions and they made it a lot easier. I had a difficult flooring project that I put off for years trying to find someone who could tackle such a complicated job. I saw an ad for Footprints Floors and read all the great reviews and decided to give them a call. Joseph came right out to give me a bid—He is personable and organized, and remained attentive and communicative throughout the process. They were able to transform my uneven, peeling basement kitchen floor to beautiful LVP flooring. Excellent work refinishing my 1959 oak floors. They are silky smooth, gorgeous color and look brand new. When we bought our house in 2020 it had the original carpet on top of the original oak floors, so they were quite dried and scratchy with the finish worn way down. We saved up to get this done and it was sooooo worth it. Joseph was great. He came and looked at the project, gave me all the options and was patient as we got our ducks in a row for payment and scheduling. I wanted a warm honey amber color like the original and matching the amber doors and other finishes to keep the mid century feel, and Armando was very kind and responsive when I asked to see more since I didn’t like any of the first sample batch. He nailed it on the second try after listening to what I had in mind. He finished really quickly and efficiently, was so professional. Joseph came and checked in to make sure I was happy with the work. The floors are stunning! Absolutely silky smooth, gorgeous warm rose amber color, verrrry close to the rest of the floors (because we don’t refinish all, just the most needed parts). They also stained and installed transition strips beautifully. See before pics of how worn the stain was and how dry the wood was. Now they are gleaming! Wonderful job, would highly recommend Footprints!

I love my new wood floor. I had an area that was half carpet, half red oak. Footprint floors replaced the carpet with new wood. They laced it in and then sanded the old floor and it now matches perfect. It looks like it was all wood from the beginning. I went with no stain and a natural seal. It looks beautiful. Joseph was easy to work with and great at responding to my calls and texts all the way through the process. I highly recommend them.
