I was particularly impressed with the crew of installers and the customer service Brett the owner displayed. I had a small issue with a couple of tiles and Brett made sure they were perfect. Very reasonable on pricing and scheduling. My floors are beautiful, and I couldn’t be happier. I am glad I chose Footprints Floors.

Brett, the owner gave me a reasonable quote and had his friendly crew installed these beautiful tile floors within 4 days. There were a couple marks on the floors after installation, but Brett made sure the installers came back out and took care of the issue. Great customer service! Don't use anyone else, I highly recommend Footprints Floors.

I hired Footprints Floors to do some cleaning and refurbishing work on some old LVP floors at my church. They had received some additional damage from an event and needed some work done quickly before the next Sunday. I got in touch with Brett on Wednesday and by Friday he'd found a way to work us into his schedule and complete the job before the weekend. The whole time, Brett communicated clearly, quickly, and was up front about what I could reasonably expect in terms of the finished product. At the end, it actually looked even better than I'd anticipated. Definitely would recommend and will keep on the record if we need floor work done in the future.

Had a great experience with these guys. Brett was very responsive and provided a rapid response with a great job. I think the guy that actually did my flooring repair was not a Footprints Floors employee, but did a great job.

Our experience with Footprints Flooring was great! Everything from the first visit, to the advice on products selection to the process was impecable. The crew was super hard working, kind and they did a great job. They finished the job before what was expected and all through the process is was supervised by project manager and they took care of all our concerns. We are very happy with the results! New floors look great. We highly reccomend them.
