Boy, where do I start! I had 3 estimates from other places, almost didn't have Clint with Footprint floors come give me an estimate because I thought I knew who I wanted to use. Footprints sent me a nice email explaining why I should at least have Clint come and see me after I had cancelled the 1st appt (again, I thought I picked one!) Clint came by and we were impressed with not only being a great guy but extremely knowledgeable with LVP floors! He brought up things that were important on how they install that none of the others even talked about! The crew was awesome! Here bright and shiny every morning by 8 am and worked hard every day! Very respectful, professional and damn good work! I can't emphasize how happy we are with Footprint floors. I am picky (not Pricky!) and I was extremely happy with everything! Clint was really great to work with. Always on time and responsive. Their pricing is very reasonable, and the only change they had to make during installation was due to existing home construction issues which the installer informed me of immediately. Clint showed up the same day to discuss the needed repairs and made it affordable to take care of. Clint was also very patient when I had to go back and forth with the insurance company about their own estimate for the work that needed to be done. My wife and I are very happy with the quality of their work!
