I want to start by saying I don't leave many reviews. I had a water leak on refrigerator that buckled hardwood floor in kitchen. Called Footprints floors. Made appointment. Gary came out gave me a quote on the spot, and helped me with information for insurance claim. Scheduled time for repairs. Gary and his team showed up on time and 5 1/2 hours later we had a brand new floor. These guys are awesome. I am still in awe and get a big smile on my face every time I see it. I can't say enough good things about these folks. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Gary and Footprints Floors Twin Cities did an amazing job on our shower repair. We had a cracked fiberglass pan and with their help, we got it removed, got our shower floor repaired and had a new tile floor installed. They were professional had great communication and did a great job. Would definitely recommend working with them!

I did a lot of research prior to deciding to hire footprints for my lvp floors and stairs. Certainly the 5 star reviews were important. But Seeing their work and meeting Gary, who was very professional and knowledgeable about flooring prior to committing sealed the deal. I had several questions and needs to consider and he was able to deliver every step of the way. He was flexible, patient, polite and communicative. I was never unsure about what was going on and I knew that I would receive top notch service. And he did just that, delivered top notch service. My floors are perfect. And when I say perfect I mean just that. I would highly recommend Gary and his crew for your flooring needs.

Footprints put in a mosaic stone backsplash for me. This was the last of four estimates that I had gotten through Angi. His price was in the middle of them all. I signed the contract that day. The tile was put in that week! The installer was friendly, neat and quiet. He used a quick setting mastic and finished the project in one day. I am so happy with the end product.

Our floors had some staining & discoloration prior to refinishing. They now look better than brand new!

Footprints flooring was great. They completed the work in a timely fashion, the install was awesome quality, and they were very clean! I would use them for any of my future projects.

Gary was very responsive and was able to come out and give us an estimate right away. We needed a tile kitchen backsplash. He walked me through what they would do, what kind of tile to consider, etc. I went and picked out the tile. We were scheduled very quickly and when we were the ones who had to postpone, we were able to get a new install date, again, very soon. We think the installer did an excellent job and I am very picky. He was very efficient and cleaned up his work area. He completed the job in one day. We love the look of our new backsplash. It helped transform a very generic tan /brown kitchen and give it some color and character.

Footprint floors were absolutely amazing from start to finish!! I had torn out all of the carpeting in my upstairs and had beautiful hardwood underneath but unfortunately there were a lot of stains and scratches. As I was searching for quotes to get my floors done, footprints floors reached out to me and made a quick appointment. Gary, the owner, came out and gave me a bid on the floors. He was so easy to talk to and was very understanding of me being a new homeowner. He was also quick to ease my worries about the big stains. He was one of three people that came and gave me bids but I knew that I was making the right choice by choosing his company! They had an opening the following week and I took it. Gary did a thorough job of explaining the job and addressing concerns I had about unforeseen problems that might arise which may increase the end bill. Joel,the installer did a fantastic job and was able to troubleshoot an issue with a transition piece and also pulled the toilet but didn't charge me extra as initial bid quote was if toilet didn't have to be pulled.i would highly recommend footprints floors to anyone who needs flooring work done.

Gary took on a difficult project after the previous contractor quit. He did first class work at a very fair price and in a reasonable time frame. He had to install underlayment in my entire home, including adding sisters to most of the joists. He made the floor perfectly level and it does not squeak! He then installed LVP throughout the home. It looks great! I'd hire him for any job without hesitation! (Ignore mess in photos, remodel not done yet.)

Courteous, knowledgeable, and proficient. We had a problem caused by the builders of our two-plus year old house: there was a depression in the subfloor, causing our vinyl plank flooring to begin to fail. Gary had seen the problem before, and knew how to proceed to find the cause of the problem, and repair the subfloor. Joel, the technician, was very capable and did a fine repair with minimal replacement of planks. We would recommend Footprints Floors highly.
