Quality Laminate Floor Installation in San Antonio

Gaston and crew were right on the quotation and could fit our re-tile project in straight away. We wanted both our bathroom floors replaced due to cracking and the old tile out of date. Care was taken to protect the other floors with runners and plastic sheeting over work space doorways to manage the dust from the demolition. They finished in a few days and took care to leave us a working toilet the whole time. The work included replacing the quarter round at the baseboards, which was also well done. Everyone was thoughtful and courteous, we were well pleased. Thank you!

Purchased this home and it already had new floors upstairs. We bought the same floors through Lowes bc they did the original install. Lowes person came out to measure and told me the old floors needed to be torn out. When I asked questions about the product I was told he was just there to measure and we would be sent a quote. Footprints came out and gave us a quote which was great but more importantly read about the flooring product, called the manufacturer and told us it could be done without ripped out old tile bc it was in good shape. Day one was spent grinding down some high spots and doing some leveling. Day two the flooring was installed. Day three was trim work and clean up. We are thrilled with new floors. Call footprints bc you get a great price and their expertise.

I had three contractors come out, one wanted 23k, the others no-showed, then refused to offer a quote or estimate. Eduardo was the most professional contractor I've worked with in years. The tile work is nothing short of absolutley spectacular. Perfect workmanship. Jorge and Jose are craftsman, and made the tile not only look good, but look like it's all original using totally different colors and sizes. Just simply amazing. I just can't recommended them enough.

We had a backsplash installed in our kitchen. The finished backsplash is more beautiful than my husband or I had imagined it would be. I was very impressed with the owner. He was on time for our initial appointment. He sent us a quote that same evening and scheduled the work to be done the following week. The gentlemen who did the installation were respectful and highly skilled. They worked steadily the entire time they were in our home. The project lasted 2 days because of additional time needed for the glue to dry the first day. Before leaving, they tidied up the work space so we could minimally use the kitchen space until they returned the next morning. The boss rescheduled things the next morning so he could be at our home to supervise the workers. Once again, they cleaned the work space before leaving. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing tile installation. We had bought more tile than we needed but they did not waste tile or other materials. We were amazed at how much tile we had left over. We have been so impressed that we are requesting bids for laying flooring in parts of our home. I have every confidence that this company will do great work at a reasonable price.

These guys went way above and beyond. Have a 2,000sf home that needed tile removed throughout house. It was original tile that I tried to remove. Smacked, whacked, chiseled and couldn’t get up even one tile! These guys worked in the Texas heat (AC had to be turned off due to dust) from sunup to sundown. Cleaned up the house and laid LV flooring. The seams and “wood” pattern were perfect. It has been 2 years and the flooring is solid. I continue to recommend them for a quality install by hardworking, honest gentlemen.

Eduardo and his team were great! They installed our flooring pretty quickly. However we did find that we had the wrong underlayment after walking through with Eduardo. Eduardo and his team verified with our product's store for the correct underlayment and they redid the flooring. We loved their expertise and helpfulness in understanding the correct items needed for our flooring. We have recommended them to a few of our friends.

So very happy with our vinyl plank floors that were installed. My husband had started the process in our kitchen, after "You Tubing" the process . But,it was taking a long while, as we forgot we are not young things anymore! So, we had footprints come in to complete the job, and wish we'd used them sooner!! The two rooms were done expertly and quick. They absolutely amazing and we love them. We had purchased the flooring at Costco and were fortunate to catch it on sale too! The floor needed leveling and we wouldn't have known had we forged forward without getting the professionals in!. Edwardo was very responsive to communication and having dealt with previous contractors on other home projects this is a premium quality. We got several quotes, but we just really liked the Edwardo, and Herman who actually did the work was excellent! And quick!! Found this company on Google & compared with 2 other companies that were referred by neighbors. Not only they were most attentive & responsive, they were also most reasonably priced too. They always showed up within the time window & finished the project on time as promised. The house we just bought has screaming red cherry wood floor that outdates the house & I couldn’t decide whether to sand it down & keep natural color or stain dark. They were very patient & show me every stain colors (8 to be exact) I was interested on the floor for me to see & choose. We’re so happy with the end result (natural with 3 coats of satin Bona Traffic HD)! There are only a few tiny areas that need final touches and Eduardo has already agreed to take care of it (just need to set a date/time for them to come back to work on it)

My home had major foundation work that required holes opened up in the interior of the house and destroyed all of the existing flooring. I was referred to Eduardo by a friend who used him in the past in her historic home. Eduardo and his crew were professional and timely. They removed all of the existing tile and glue down wood flooring. They ensured the subflooring was level (they had to grind down in places and add floor leveler in others). They installed a new floating floor with that looks amazing. Recommend Eduardo and his crew on your next project.

I was so impressed with this company. Eduardo came out and took measurements and assessed the work to be done. He provided a detailed estimated invoice with individual tasks and the prices for each on the same day. We chose to do demolition ourselves so we set a date that would accommodate the time we needed to complete the demo. They arrived on the agreed upon date and completed the job within the timeframe agreed upon. The crew was very professional, on time and best of all the tile job was beyond beautiful. Wow! I cannot say enough good things about footprint floors. They did an absolutely amazing job refinishing my hundred year old hardwoods. they had to strip off old laminate flooring, carpet, and then underneath that there was plywood and even more old vinyl. They worked their tails off. Then once they got off all this old flooring, they sanded and stained my long leaf pine and it looks amazing. Benito , Who did the floors, is a master craftsman. Eduardo who bid and oversaw the job is incredibly communicative and thorough. These are consummate professionals. On top of the sanding and staining, they repaired parts of the floor that were damaged, and installed transition pieces. The work is impeccable and my floors look amazing. Furthermore, they are very reasonable, particularly considering the quality of the work, and now my floors are just pristine. I really cannot say enough good things.
