Ron and the entire team were amazing!!! We got so many quotes for our floors… we bought a house with random spots and rooms needing to be replaced and the whole floor restained. Most contractors told us we needed to completely rip out the floors or what we wanted couldn’t be done. Ron came over and was immediately confident and even encouraged us to keep our original hardwood floors. He was responsive, met our timelines and budget, and was so flexible and helpful when picking a stain. Ron and the team replaced rooms and spots in the house and made it blend seamlessly with my 30 year old floors. My floors were my least favorite part of my house and now my favorite. The team went above and beyond, took amazing care of my house (which was freshly painted), and throughout the work kept my house spotless. I could not recommend them more!! The best team out there. We had Ron and his team lead Rusty come out and re-foor or living and dining room. They expertly tied in another section of flooring seamlessly and completed releveling, grinding, and install all in a single day. Both were very professional and we plan on utilizing their services again for a few other flooring projects in our remodel. I should note, We were considered outside their normal service area so kudos for sticking with us. Thank you both!

Ron was very responsive and informative. We had about 1,900 sq ft of engineered floating hardwood to be installed. He said it'd be done in a week and it was, keeping us on schedule for moving into our new home. Worker Rusty was the hardest worker we've seen in a long time and knows what he's doing. Definitely recommend this company to install your floors.

I took my time shopping the right floor pros. Could not be happier! Ron was super patient, and is a listener (like, I did not remember mentioning my military service, but it was fully acknowledged). He was in-house, and in communication, daily. The crew was prompt and handled items that had to be moved around with the utmost respect. Of course, the flooring was placed expertly and looks great! I’ll be back for other projects.

Ron came in after 3 other contractors only wanted to put down laminate. He spent time with us and explained the pros and cons of this process. We really wanted to keep the existing flooring, and he agreed. The CRAFTSMAN who came in was beyond what I expected. He made sure every joint, edge, transition and baseboard were PERFECT before accepting it. Spent the time to explain that it was the only way he did things. Ron came every day to check to see if we had any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this company for repair and refinishing your floors.

They did an amazing job fixing a heavily damaged wall to place my backsplash. Also, the backsplash tile work that they did is beautiful. I highly recommend them. They do very beautiful work!

Had two bathroom floors tiled by Footprints Floors. Ron had Ben on the job. He demo’ed the existing floor, made repairs as needed, and completed the job in 3 days. Quality of workmanship was excellent.
