Ron and the entire team were amazing!!! We got so many quotes for our floors… we bought a house with random spots and rooms needing to be replaced and the whole floor restained. Most contractors told us we needed to completely rip out the floors or what we wanted couldn’t be done. Ron came over and was immediately confident and even encouraged us to keep our original hardwood floors. He was responsive, met our timelines and budget, and was so flexible and helpful when picking a stain. Ron and the team replaced rooms and spots in the house and made it blend seamlessly with my 30 year old floors. My floors were my least favorite part of my house and now my favorite. The team went above and beyond, took amazing care of my house (which was freshly painted), and throughout the work kept my house spotless. I could not recommend them more!! The best team out there. We had Ron and his team lead Rusty come out and re-foor or living and dining room. They expertly tied in another section of flooring seamlessly and completed releveling, grinding, and install all in a single day. Both were very professional and we plan on utilizing their services again for a few other flooring projects in our remodel. I should note, We were considered outside their normal service area so kudos for sticking with us. Thank you both!

Ron was very responsive and informative. We had about 1,900 sq ft of engineered floating hardwood to be installed. He said it'd be done in a week and it was, keeping us on schedule for moving into our new home. Worker Rusty was the hardest worker we've seen in a long time and knows what he's doing. Definitely recommend this company to install your floors.

I took my time shopping the right floor pros. Could not be happier! Ron was super patient, and is a listener (like, I did not remember mentioning my military service, but it was fully acknowledged). He was in-house, and in communication, daily. The crew was prompt and handled items that had to be moved around with the utmost respect. Of course, the flooring was placed expertly and looks great! I’ll be back for other projects.

Ron came in after 3 other contractors only wanted to put down laminate. He spent time with us and explained the pros and cons of this process. We really wanted to keep the existing flooring, and he agreed. The CRAFTSMAN who came in was beyond what I expected. He made sure every joint, edge, transition and baseboard were PERFECT before accepting it. Spent the time to explain that it was the only way he did things. Ron came every day to check to see if we had any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this company for repair and refinishing your floors.

They did an amazing job fixing a heavily damaged wall to place my backsplash. Also, the backsplash tile work that they did is beautiful. I highly recommend them. They do very beautiful work!

Had two bathroom floors tiled by Footprints Floors. Ron had Ben on the job. He demo’ed the existing floor, made repairs as needed, and completed the job in 3 days. Quality of workmanship was excellent.

We could not be more in love with our new floors and stairs. I had Footprints refinish our hardwoods, add matching hardwood in our living room and dining room, and redo all of our baseboards. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this company. Ron was incredibly attentive, timely, and knowledgeable. He was not pushy in trying to upsell any particular products or services and truly wanted to make our floors look as good as possible. I recently purchased a home built in 1950 with original hardwood floors, and Ron's extensive knowledge, care and expertise was unmatched when it came to my floors. I am more than pleased with the laminate flooring that was done for me by Footprints Floors out of Roseville. Ron gave me a good estimate up front and kept me apprised; very professional and easy to work with. The work crew was prompt, courteous, and exacting in their attention to detail. The subflooring they started with was somewhat uneven (older home) and they did their magic to bring up the dips and sand down the mounds for a smooth flat surface. They were lightening fast with this project and cleaned up every speck when they were finished. This company genuinely exceeded my expectations and I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone who wants quality workmanship at a very competitive price.

We have worried about refinishing our wood floors because they are stressed to resemble older floors and we did not want to lose that look. Footprints was very sensitive to our concerns and did a wonderful job of refinishing the floors without losing their charm. They were very communicative, on time, and very concerned with getting the look we wanted. We were very glad to have found them, and we would happily have them back should the need arise.

The Footprints Flooring team was amazing. We actually found them on Instagram. We reached out for a consult and estimate to get our 1950s original hardwood floors refinished. Making the appointment for the estimate was very easy and we got the quote for the work, including some additional options back very quickly. Once we decide to move forward, we were scheduled quickly as well. We had an area where an old wall heater was removed as well as a fireplace that were both not repaired with hardwood as they were carpeted over. The crew did an amazing job removing the awful patch jobs done by previous owners and lacing in hardwood to match. There was some old termite damage found and quickly addressed by the team as well. Work commenced on Monday 2/13 and we received the text Saturday night that the job was complete. They even stayed late to wrap up the work so it didn’t carry over into this week. We never felt pressured to make any choices from a sales perspective. Ron is amazing at keeping you in the loop even if you (like we) were not easily reachable during business hours. Communication is key and they nailed it. I never felt like we had to chase them down to see what the status was or how things were progressing. Anytime a change was made or additional work was needed we promptly got an updated invoice tracking the changes. I would HIGHLY recommend Footprints Flooring to anyone in need of flooring. The whole experience was amazing and we LOVE our new floors!

We had an outstanding experience with Ron and his team. Ron was professional, honest and thorough. He was able to source the same type of hardwood for our home that was built in 1947. Ron and his team refinished our existing floors and installed hardwood in our new addition. He worked with our contractor and was able to match the old and new wood beautifully. By far, the most outstanding floor we every had! This was our 4th entire house floor installation job. The concrete slab in this house had cracks and damage which needed to be dealt with so that the luxury vinyl planking could be installed. The crew spent all the time needed to address every issue encountered. The prep work was top notch. Ron addressed every concern and issue along the process. We had current hardwood that was refinished and new hardwood added. We have existing dark laminate floors surrounding the hardwood, and asked to have it match in color. It is Beautiful! Ron and his team installed an entire house of new baseboards and approx. 2500' of vinyl flooring. They took particular care with helping to stabilize squeaky sub floor and the end result was a game changer.

The owner of this particular location is a rare find. I have had contractors and workers in and out of my home for the last 10 months; many have been unfair with pricing or completed the job with mediocre work. Ron (the owner) made sure that my job was completed to my satisfaction and with no stress. I greatly appreciate all his efforts to ensure my small job was completed with the same care that a large job would be given. The floors are absolutely beautiful.
