Rich helped us finish a DIY flooring project gone wrong. He was quick to schedule us in and his team was incredibly fast. Our new floors, baseboards, and thresholds look great, and are so neat! They were willing to travel out to us at our rural home and the project was completely within our starter home, small, new family budget. We are so thankful we found Footprints Floors!

Working with Rich from start to finish was an absolute pleasure. He provided a fair quote and was able to start the job within a couple of weeks. His team kept me informed every day they were on site, and Rich was always available to answer my many questions before, during, and after the project. He installed factory-finished oak hardwood in one part of the house and refinished our existing pine floors in the other, even restoring our creaking staircase. The original pine floors turned out absolutely beautiful—renewed yet full of character. Even more impressive, they matched the stain perfectly, so despite the two different wood types, the finished look is cohesive and intentional. 10/10 — highly recommend!

Footprints did a beautiful job replacing our old tub/shower combo with a walk in shower! The finished product is exactly what we envisioned. Rich was so helpful and answered all of my many questions quickly. The installer, David, arrived every morning when he said he would and did an amazing job.
