Rich helped us finish a DIY flooring project gone wrong. He was quick to schedule us in and his team was incredibly fast. Our new floors, baseboards, and thresholds look great, and are so neat! Footprints Flooring did a phenomenal job installing new floors throughout our home. Coming from a long career in Law Enforcement, my expectations are very high. Rich and his team did great work! Working with Rich from start to finish was an absolute pleasure. He provided a fair quote and was able to start the job within a couple of weeks. His team kept me informed every day they were on site, and Rich was always available to answer my many questions before, during, and after the project. He installed factory-finished oak hardwood in one part of the house and refinished our existing pine floors in the other, even restoring our creaking staircase. The original pine floors turned out absolutely beautiful—renewed yet full of character. Even more impressive, they matched the stain perfectly, so despite the two different wood types, the finished look is cohesive and intentional. 10/10 — highly recommend!

Footprints did a beautiful job replacing our old tub/shower combo with a walk in shower! The finished product is exactly what we envisioned. Rich was so helpful and answered all of my many questions quickly. The installer, David, arrived every morning when he said he would and did an amazing job. Our family had an excellent experience with Footprints Flooring. We had our whole house done, and the job was completed in only five days. Rich answered all my questions and communicated well throughout the whole process. The workers were on time and worked hard each day. We could not have asked for a more professional and positive flooring experience.

We just had our floors installed last week. It went very smoothly & the new floors are beautiful. The new color is much more natural (a red oak) and it looks like we painted the walls a lighter color. The guys did a great job. The price was 1/3 less than another quote I received. They were awesome! They did the job right away, were highly professional and knowledgeable about floor repair. The pricing was under what many competitors were quoting. The owner made sure to come out and do the final walkthrough of the house with me and inspected every inch of the floor. They made sure they cleaned up all the dust and everything too. If there was a way to leave a 6th star I would. Amazing service and excellent pricing and just great people. I will use them again if I need another floor redone.

Recently, we contracted with Footprints Floors to refinish our downstairs floors. Our house was built in 1947, and the floors were still the originals, and had not been refinished since then. We left the house for 8 days and let them work their magic. Rich and Jeremy and the crew did an amazing job and we could not be more pleased! They took pictures every day to show us how scratches and water marks came out. We were shown more pictures to make sure the new stains on the wood were the right tint, and then pictures to show us the finished product as the polyurethane began to dry. We could not wait to get home to see them! In addition, their dust mitigation was outstanding as clean-up was much easier than we thought. Their communication was outstanding through out the whole project, and then Jeremy came over for a final walk through after we arrived home. He told us to let us know if there was any problem going forward and presented us with a special tool to help clean the floors. They were professional in every way and I would highly recommend them to anyone. The only reason we gave them a 5-star review, was 6 or 7 was not an option!

Our bedroom was transformed by Rich’s crew! They took out the carpet installed when the house was built 20 years ago, laid a beautiful oak floor over the subflooring, and finished the floor with three coats applied to perfection! Their most exquisite work was a great room with engineered hardwood floor. What wonderful people to have in our home!

I would give 10 stars if I could. Rich and his team went over and beyond with my job. I had to reschedule them twice and they never missed a beat. They asked questions to make sure that I was getting exactly what I wanted. The attention to detail and the professionalism was very impressive!! Rich and his guys are first class ! We had a great experience! We had them refinish our master bedroom floor and were so happy with there quality and efficiency we had them remove our daughters carpets in her townhouse and tile, and they replaced it with new hardwood floors on the entire upstairs and all new tile in her bathroom. Once again they did a great job ! They are now scheduled to do a business we’re involved with and there installing all new hardwood floors there too. Highly recommended
