Today we had the backsplash in our kitchen tiled and it was a beautiful job. The installer Jose sure knew his business. Alyssa who comes out to estimate the work and set up the dates and gives you the supply list is very knowledgeable about not only the products that will work for you where you can purchase them and setting dates and times. I highly recommend them if you're thinking of doing any type of tiling in your home.

I had several estimates on a 6x5 area of solid wood flooring and several porcelain tiles that needed repair. The estimates were crazy high. One man said he might even have to take door frames off which was totally unnecessary (He even showed me pictures of his home in Mexico where he had just shipped a $1000 chandilier. I think his estimate included that cost) and the original installer told me he had a minimum charge to start and was basing it off pictures rather than coming out to view the job. Alissa came out and was very honest with an estimate. I felt trust in her and after talking it over with my husband we agreed to go with Footprints for our repair. She sent out Cesar who did an amazing job. I was extremely happy with the work. Trust in Footprints! I will be hiring them again!

Had my floors refinished in my over 100 year old house. I did not have high hopes because they were in really bad shape. Alissa gave me a great estimate. It included fixing holes, replacing rotten wood and adding quarter round. They came out amazing. I feel like I’m in a new house. Alissa was very hands on and visited during the process as well as answered my texts and questions right away. I highly recommend this business. You won’t be disappointed.(The colors vary because the wood in the rooms were different types)

I needed hardwood floors installed in a 325 sq ft room, and I also needed vinyl floors installed in a connecting 320 sq ft room. Alissa Ruiz was my point person, and she was very knowledgeable, gave a very good price, and stayed with the project to the end. Also, the workers were great...very hardworking, professional, and wrapped up the job in 2 or 3 days. Couldn't recommend Footprints more.

Footprints recently refinished 100 year-old floors (oak and walnut) in our house and we are so impressed! The floors were more narrow and required custom work to be done.
