Footprints did an amazing job installing our new floors. The whole process was so easy. Lance was easy to work with and was very responsive to my many questions. They don’t buy the materials but Lance will tell you exactly what you need to buy. Nathan and Chris came out to do the install and we’re amazing. They removed the ceramic tile and installed the lux vinyl wood flooring all in one day! Best money I’ve ever spent. Now I want to do the rest of my house and will definitely call them again. I highly recommend hiring them!

David Weaver is the proud owner of Footprints Floors of the Valley. David grew up in Charleston SC, joined the Army straight out of high school, and eventually graduated from Western New Mexico University where he is known to be the best linebacker in school history. He and his wife Lorraine have been married for 18 years. They enjoy an occasional dinner out and quiet weekends at home. David was in the financial/insurance industry for 17 years, where he learned first hand that someone's home is one of their most prized treasures. When David decided to open up his Footprints Floors business, he did so with a genuine desire to help people add value, and beauty to their homes, by providing outstanding service, and expertise in areas like flooring, shower remodels, backsplashes and more. Seeing a transformed space and satisfied customers is something that Dave never tires of!

Our Story

Meet Bryan Park: Owner & Founder

Bryan grew up in south Denver. He attended the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, CO and served this country after graduation. Like most who serve, Bryan's military experience strengthened his belief in, and commitment to, integrity, duty and leadership.

When Bryan and wife Kelli settled in Littleton, Colorado they started a family, three rambunctious girls and two very big dogs. It was then, Bryan noticed that the flooring industry in Denver was highly inefficient and unscrupulous. It was nearly impossible to find providers who worked with a true sense of honesty and fairness. Changing this was not only an opportunity for Bryan, it was practically a calling.

"Putting the customer first and creating an impeccable reputation in this industry was job number one," says Bryan, about his goals for his future flooring company in Denver. He named it Footprints Floors, and created a unique company structure that promoted the best in people, products and business practices. It worked! So much so, that Footprints Floors is one of the largest hardwood providers in Colorado and is growing rapidly.
