We will use them for the bedrooms as well after we complete our hallway and bedroom in hardwood. I was greatly impressed with the teamwork of the crew. The men worked diligently in tandem to move quickly in putting the flooring down. Either the Project Manager or owner were here each day. The process of estimation, ordering the wood , install flooring, staining, and most of all placing the furniture back in its proper spot. I highly recommend Footprints!

We are very pleased with our new bathroom tile and vinyl plank flooring from Footprints. Victor and Kelvin worked three really long days to get the job done. They’re both very talented, and Thomas did a good job supervising the project and communicating with us throughout. (Note: Our house was built in 1973, and the concrete slab floor needing leveling. It looked great when it was done, but that was an extra chunk of change not in the estimate. If you live in an older house, keep that in mind.)

They tore out 1200 sf of tile in my house and replaced it with new tile. I wanted it installed with no transition between my bamboo floors and they made it flawless. Exceptional work ethics and craftsmanship from the first phone call to the finished product. We called Footprints Floors to inquire about tiling our patio. Stacey picked up the phone on the first ring and promptly scheduled an appointment for an estimate. Andy came exactly within the scheduled time frame and we had our estimate on the same day. Matt, the owner and Jason, the project manager personally visited to check on the job. The communication and follow up were excellent, the job started on time and finished on time. Everything had run very smoothly. Kelvin, Victor and James did such a clean, beautiful work - careful measurements, evenness, straight lines. Our patio concrete base was uneven and unsquare and additionally, tiles had different thickness. It was a challenging job to do. Kelvin worked long hours, he did not leave for the day until completing each phase and he did everything with perfection. Thank you very much guys! Footprints Floors did an amazing job fixing our shower. It started with a leak, they identified the problem and suggested and installed a state of the art leak proof shower system. Their tile work was perfect. They went above and beyond to make sure everything worked before they finished the job. Very happy with the price and I would definitely use them again in the future.

Manager (Jason) and his team of floor installation experts did the most incredible job removing all of our old flooring and installing our new hardwood! We were so pleased w/their attention to detail, speed, and the overall quality of the job! They even ensured that we shut down our HVAC to prevent the system from ingesting harmful byproducts during the removal and preparation process. This required them to work in very hot conditions during the peak of summer, but they were more than happy to do it properly, regardless. Additionally, these crews were punctual, professional, and friendly! You truly can’t ask for more on any home renovation project! We took out the old, dated laminate and ceramic tile floors, and replaced everything with LVP.
