He suggested a couple things to try and simply let us know if we wanted to move forward with repairs, just to give him a call in the future and we’d take those steps. We had an old brown stained oak floor in our home that showed a lot of wear. We contacted Foot Prints to come give us a quote and we were surprised with the price being lower than we thought. A crew came in and sanded the floors down and put three coats of clear coat on top and now our floors look brand new. What a difference this has made to the appearance of our home. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting their floors resurfaced. A + + + rating.

We absolutely recommend these guys. We had our kitchen and dining room hardwood floors restrained. Their sanding was flawless, with hardly any dust residual. Their staining was uniform and beautiful. Their work ethic was incredible — they had a rescheduling the day after we engaged their services, so they came out that same day to start the job, and were completely done by the third day after we initially contacted them! Also, they moved and then put back all the furniture — we didn’t have to lift a finger. These guys are the way to go.

We had Brandon with Footprints Floor of Omaha install LVP in our entry way stairs and hallway and very pleased with the results. I had a vision and he helped me accomplish that. I had several companies quote the project only to “ghost” me because no one seems to like to install this on steps. Brandon was able give me options on how to complete this and recommend other companies on the parts he was not able to do. Overall I think it turned out fantastic and would recommend him!

The work was fabulous! He was reliable, quick responses, informative about what would work best at the best price. We were very pleased!

First, Brandon responded to our inquiry promptly and was always responsive via text or email. We had a huge project: In an existing, 80-year-old home, level the floor and replace 700 square feet of vinyl plank flooring in the basement with ceramic tile; refinish several hundred feet of *really* beat up hardwood floors on the main; and demo/install 200 square feet of new tile in the kitchen. Brandon was honest and up front about our options, price considerations, deliverable timeframes, and owner costs/responsibilities. He required us to do an asbestos test, which was actually comforting and a reflection of the overall professionalism of the company. He contacted other industry representatives to ensure he was utilizing best practices/meeting minimum code requirements. The total completion of work took about a month. Partially due to availability of the crews, and partially just the scope of the work.. They spent a week on each of the separate project phases. That felt a little long, but it is hard to argue with the quality of the work. The crews were all professional, easy to communicate with, and responsive. We strongly recommend and have already referred other potential customers to FF. When we have future flooring projects to take on, will be utilizing Footprint Floors exclusively.

Brandon was in my area on a Saturday and offered to come look at my floors so I didn't have to wait until the following week. Half of our basement was carpeted and the other half was unfinished. Ultimately we ended up going with carpet because of foundation issues but Brandon was extremely knowledgeable and provided great advice on what would need to be done for flooring. He was very transparent and honest about not cutting corners just to get the business. We'll definitely be giving Brandon a call when we remodel our floors on the main level.

Brandon and his team did an excellent job on our engineered wood flooring install. The craftsmanship is fantastic, and they accommodated my request for flush transitions, which was very important to me. Brandon took the time to ensure he was meeting all of the manufacturers specifications for the flooring install, and explained to us the advantages/disadvantages of the various installation methods allowed. He communicated well throughout the entire process, and was always on time for appointments. Additionally, he's just a really nice guy, and someone we felt very comfortable with having in our home. For example, when he was stopping by to pick something up one day, he noticed we had a large package delivered and offered to help carry it up into our house. We will definitely hire Footprints Omaha for any future work we have, and recommend them to friends and family.

From start to finish, those with Footprints Floors were exceptionally friendly, helpful, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Their task was to tear out carpeting and lay vinyl flooring, including ¼ rounds and transition pieces on about 1,500 sq ft. It was done beautifully, and incredibly, in just over 4 days. I would recommend them to my friends in a New York minute.

Oh man! From start to finish, Footprints Floors was incredible! A cleaning company super effed up our floors with chemical and Footprints saved the day. Brandon, the sales rep, was so helpful and professional to work with. He was honest, provided his professional opinion, and was very respectful. Footprints flooring installed my LVP flooring. Everything went very smooth from the beginning to the ending of the project. Jake was very responsive and quick to provide an estimate. Adam did the flooring and he was very detail oriented. He made sure to take the time to make sure everything lined up right. Footprints did an amazing job refinishing our wood floors and replacing a few damaged wood boards in our kitchen, eating area, dining room, and living room. The results are gorgeous and better than we imagined! Our floors are red oak, and had a reddish-orange look, plus heavy wear from dogs, a busy family, and water damage. It now literally looks like we replaced all the wood, not just a few boards. Jake, the owner, and his crew are very pleasant, reliable and efficient. The whole process took only 3 days and created very little dust. It went very smoothly! We have used a different company in the past, and Footprints was faster, cleaner, and our floors look much better than with the other company. We used Footprint Flooring to refinish our ~100 year old wood floors. The floors were so bad in some areas, I wasn’t sure they could even be salvaged. Jake came by the house and gave us an estimate. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The actual work took about 3 days, and was pristine when completed. Within an hour of them starting we had color samples to pick from so we could think on them for a bit. We were shocked there was minimal dust as well. The floors look brand new!! Jake came back by after the work was completed and made sure we were 100% satisfied, and gave us the information on cleaning and maintaining. We only did one floor this time and will definitely use them again for the upstairs.

Footprints is a flooring installer and refinisher with no storefront and no products to sell. We had been planning to have LVP installed as part of our kitchen remodel, but Jake from Footprints said he would not recommend it because of our radiators. The radiators would have to be removed (shudder) and on top of that the LVP would raise the radiators such that the plumbing would no longer match. Jake recommended Luxury Vinyl Sheet instead, which is a product Footprints doesn't even install! Cost? Zero! Can't beat that!

We contracted with Footprints Floors for our hardwood floor refinishing. We appreciated how flexible Jake was with the quoting of various services and the transparency he provided throughout the process. His team was accommodating, timely, and communicated clearly throughout the project. The end result is a reflection of their professionalism.

Footprints Floors redid my wood floors that were heavily scratched by our large dogs. To say they did a fantastic job is an understatement....my floors look fabulous! After reading many reviews of multiple companies, I decided to use footprints for our refinishing project. We had water damage due to a Niagara falls leak in our water line.
