Footprints Floors helped us out in out time of need. We had pipes break in our slab that ended up re plumbing the whole house and moving the a/c heat vents to the attic. The plumbing project required access through a shower wall & the a/c project filled the floor vents with concrete. Jimmy at Footprints took care of these issues for us promptly and professionally. Footprints repaired our wood floors where the a/c vents used to be and did an excellent job. Jimmy also gave us referrals where my wife could pick out material for the shower, while we were getting a new shower we went ahead and got a new floor and countertop as well. We love our new shower and bathroom. Footprints Floors was a silver lining in our home disaster. I would call them again for floor and tile needs and highly recommend them.

Our experience with Footprints Floors was great from beginning to end. The CSR who took our initial call was very kind and knowledgeable. Her retailer recommendation, ProSource Wholesale, came in clutch. Jimmy came out for the estimate, great dude. He was very patient with all of our questions and informed us on what to expect should we move forward with the installation. We received our quote the same day. On demo/install day, Jimmy introduced us to their outstanding contractors working our job. They were friendly, respectful and hardworking. The house was picked up before leaving each day. Good quality work. The workers were respectful and diligent. We loved the end result. I was also surprised that they brought their own trash bin cutting down on the cost for us.

Wow, Jimmy and his team are amazing!! Jimmy worked with us from the quote and all of my questions, through the selection and of course the installation! He was patient with all of my texts when we’re selecting the flooring and again when the store delayed our order a couple of times. The installation team, removed old flooring and installed about 1300 sq ft of LVP in 3 days! We love our flooring!!

The crew leveled a few spots on the slab and did a great job. They installed the click lock flooring, cleaned up and did it all quickly and professionally. Jimmy is easy to talk to and responded to all communications in a timely manner. I would definitely use Footprints Flooring again.

A test of a company is when things don't go just as planned. We had some quality issues after the first day of installation, and Jimmy was responsive and corrected the issue as quickly as he could. Although the path to completion had a few twists and turns, the end result was great and we are very happy.

I believe that the final value of a job is only as good as the people that stand behind it. The job that I contracted for was complex and filled with a variety of different challenges. These challenges caused some tension on my project, however, the general contractor proved to rise to these challenges each and every time. This company will do what they say they will do (even throughout challenges), and can certainly be counted on to do a right job! In today’s quick-paced marketplace this peace of mind is invaluable and is very much worth the price of admission. I very much appreciate the professionalism of this company and can recommend their services to my friends and family.

Did a fantastic job installing ceramic tile in most of our house. Very professional and really cared about the job they were doing. Were quick to answer every question. I will not hesitate to hire them again if I ever need more flooring work done.

I appreciate that the GC (Jimmy) and the crew (Rob and Jason) wore masks in our house, as requested, 100% of the time (due to the pandemic), that they did a good job, as expected, and that Jimmy worked with us to arrive at fair pricing when we had to make adjustments for unexpected extra work. It's a long story, and it was not the crew's fault by any means, but my advice is to make doubly sure your grout color is right and that your tiles aren't warped or defective BEFORE the installation team arrives. (1) Regarding our grout mistake, don't go by the color sample you see at the home improvement center. Actually mix some grout and try a sample on some throw-away tiles before you have the guys start laying the grout on your actual floors. In our case, we (thankfully) noticed that the grout color wasn't right pretty early on before too much of it was laid out. Still, we had to have the guys do some extra work to remedy that, and that resulted in a price change (understandable since picking the wrong grout color was our fault and not theirs). (2) the 12" x 24" porcelain tiles we bought for our kitchen weren't perfectly level (they were actually defective and we could see it after the crew pointed it out). We learned that sometimes porcelain tiles created in the second or third run by the company come out less perfect than the first run. That resulted in the guys having to pull up some kitchen tiles and re-do that work, too, which resulted in another price increase (again, it wasn't the crew's fault that some of the tiles were defective, but we had to pay extra for the extra labor of replacing the bad tiles). We're happy with the end result, though. We're glad the guy laying the kitchen tiles (Rob) didn't go ahead and continue setting defective tiles. He prioritized the quality of the work rather than hurrying to get out the door to his next job, and we appreciate that. Take-home message: Even when you have a good crew and a good GC who works with you on fair pricing, things happen that are beyond anyone's control and that can complicate a job. So, leave yourself a little bit of money as padding, in case costs go over, and leave yourself some extra time, beyond what is predicted, for the job to be completed.

Very friendly company, they keep me informed on their progress replacing my existing tile and carpet flooring with a new wood oak floor. Very happy with their work, the floor looks great! They were extremely responsive and addressed all my concerns during and after installation.
