Footprints Floors is an exceptionally, highly recommended company. Tom, the owner, is detailed in every aspect regarding our flooring. He ensures we have everything required for his team to come in and get the job done quickly, efficiently and to our expectations. It is absolutely beautiful and beyond expectations. There are very few companies with expert detailing from the order paperwork to the finished product. The photos aren’t the best. I have a cast on one arm and this is the best I can do.

Tom was prompt and prepared for every appointment and worked with us when we had tight timeline. He always returns calls promptly and does what he promises. The installers great, professional and put in extra time to finish I one day! I love my new Floors and completed three separate projects with Footprint Flooring. I love my easy care flooring.

I had 3 different jobs done by Footprints: job 1: the whole house tile floor broken up and removed and new tile put down (except bathrooms). Tom’s crew did the job quickly and efficiently .Our new tile floor is beautiful! Job 2: I asked Tom to refinish oak floors with a more natural look, His team came in a did a beautiful job and I love the new look! Job 3: Tile 2 bathrooms , turn one tub into a shower, tile the floors, decorative wall, add niches in showers and add a decorative band in showers. He also did kitchen backsplash and a platform area in family room. Big win here! Tom’s guy did a phenomenal job and his attention to detail was unmatched. I can’t say enough good things about Footprints. We will definitely be using Footprints for any future flooring work. Thanks Tom!

My experience Footprints floors of North central Florida has been great. Tom was amazing to work with. Very kind and gentle. No pressure type of guy. The estimate was given within a day or two of contact. I was instructed on what to get: all the materials I needed. Once I had them, installation happened quickly and seamlessly within a few days. The work they did was excellent. John and his crew were Great to deal with. They did an excellent job. I would say more of craftsman than just general installers. I was very happy and would certainly love to work with all of them in the future.

We needed new flooring in our kitchen and dining room and after calling some other flooring installers I came across Footprints Floors. Tom was at the house the next day and took his time looking over our tile floor and showed us that 80% or so of the tile was starting to come unglued. He quoted us a very reasonable price to come out and demo all the tile and mortar and replace it with luxury vinyl. Tom was even available by phone on a Sunday when we were picking out the flooring. In one day demo and install and it looks amazing. I’d recommend Tom and his crew and will use them when we are ready to redo flooring in another room

Let’s just say wow! We had the best experience with Tom Dipaolo at Footprint floors. From the day he came for the estimate until completion, everything was handled better than I could even imagine. We had some snags with a third party tile provider we opted to use and Tom handled everything for us when most contractors would have thrown it right back on my plate. He was super attentive and worked and completed on a super tight deadline. His worker he used was so honest, we entrusted him completely to watch our house while we were out of town for a week and he even got our packages for us. I wish I could only work with contractors as honest and attentive as Tom. We will be using him again and again for any and all projects we get. And he was the least expensive of all of our project bids! You really can’t go wrong with them. We’re so very happy A+

As a property manager, I have to ensure that the homes I oversee are in excellent condition, and Footprints Flooring has been a game-changer for me. The previous installer did not install the laminate flooring correctly in one of my rentals and the floor started buckling after a couple yrs on a new constructed house. Hands down best vendor I have ever had the pleasure of working with and that's saying a lot as this is my 6th house purchase and remodel. Even when I accused him of something another vendor did he kept his cool and was unbelievably kind. Tom held my hand throughout a tough remodel. It was BRUTAL. I had all the things; cracks in the foundation of every room in my new to me home, said water started a new mold problem I had to remediate, and lovely water intrusion throughout. It tooks months to get it all straightened out so that he could lay the floors. I mean just above and beyond what I would have ever expected. Its too bad he only does flooring. Every other vendor out there should take notes. If you are considering new floors I would highly and strongly recommend this company. The pic isn't the greatest I took it on moving day I'll try to upload some more later but the floors are just B-E-A-U-TI-FUL!

Tom and his were were detailed, fair, transparent, professional, and most of all great at their job! I didn’t hand them something simple and they were able to get it done at a fair price and in a timely manner! I’m already thinking of using his crew for a few other projects it went so well!

I needed new tile flooring and tile wall repair following a leak behind the tile wall. Footprints was selected because they responded first to my inquiry. A meeting was scheduled for an estimate. The estimator was on time and thorough. I had a written estimate in a few hours. The price was very reasonable. The work was scheduled on a time frame convenient to me. The workman was prompt, professional, and personable. The job took two days to allow for drying. When the work was completed, the job was cleaned and ready to go. I would recommend Footprints to any friend.

We had discovered a water leak in shower . Tom was out the next day with a quote and had us on schedule following Monday . He kept in contact with us and was available to answer any questions! Ward was his employee that came out and when they finished , I was in love 😍 I have never been happier with an outcome it is absolutely beautiful!! I received other quotes that were outstanding! Tom was very affordable and I couldn’t be happier with the work . Please if you’re looking for a tile job contact this company they won’t disappoint!!

Entire process was handled professionally and competently. We had a plumbing emergency which required exposure of floor down to the foundation. Footprints was able to provide a contractor who replaced sub floor and tile work. Job took three hours only. We would highly recommend this company for tile and other work related to flooring.

Amazing installation crew. Materials delivered on time Tom is knowledgeable and friendly. 1,600+sq ft.. carpet removed, sub floor brought up to snuff, wood floor installed plus quarter round molding in two days. All debris removed and areas broom swept. Did I say AMAZING CREW!! Would give six stars if possible. Highly, highly recommend this company!! I have owned a contracting company for 53 years. The floors went down like clockwork. Great team, they installed our floors in 2 bedrooms/2 closets and left our home clean. I would highly recommend print flooring! Tom is absolutely amazing. He is a true professional! We updated the flooring in our house and he helped us every step of the way. We chose manufactured hardwood flooring for the living room and bedrooms and tile in the kitchen and both bathrooms. They did incredible job and the quality of work is superior! We are going to use Footprints Flooring to update both showers in the house as well. Tom made everything so convenient and stress-free!

I called Footprints on a Thursday and they were able to do the installation on Monday. The installer Charles brought all the supplies he needed down to brooms and trash bags. He was amazing and very professional. I would highly recommend this company.

Tom, the boss man, was easy to talk to and worked with me from recommending a tiling company to purchase tiles to getting Luis, an expert tiler, who really did a bang up job in installing them. We had a last minute job that needed to be taken care of asap due to the house being sold. Tom and his guys not only re-arranged their schedules to meet ours, but did a fantastic job refinishing the floor. Highly recommend for professionalism and performance.

Tom came to take measurements for laying the tile. He also make several suggestions for a quality job. The big box store estimator also came and took measurements only. The "footprints" price was reasonable with the added suggestions. I grade Tom and his crew as 5 star.
