I intentionally waited over a year to submit review. Hector with Footprints Floors South Texas provided 3 separate jobs. Stairway and hallway flooring and two complete bathroom renovations, which involves many things including plumbing. Hence the reason I wanted to wait on this review. Hector was always on site with his crews, attentive to his customer and always professional, courteous and knowledgeable of services provided. All work was completed and initially looked great and today still remains functional, no issues and continues to look great. Thank you again Footprints Floors South Texas.

We had Footprints replace the tile floors in our two showers. Footprints promptly responded to our request for the service, quoting a very reasonable price. My wife and I were very happy when they soon after showed up to tackle our job, and then amazed when their master tile setter managed in a single day to remove the old decaying natural stone tiles, and then install the new ceramic tiles including grouting them and performing an immaculate cleanup. Several years ago we adopted a charming little Chihuahua/Terrier mix that we named Sunny in our winter escape city of Yuma, AZ. Soon after returning to our home in the Ozarks we ordered a tag from Boomerang. Sunny was allowed to roam our property with our other two big dogs (both also sporting Boomerang tags). About 5 days later they were all allowed out for their daily romp, the big dogs came back sans our little Sunny. We posted lost dogs signs all over the place, advertised on the internet, and notified a lot of people of our loss. After 3 weeks we decided he was gone forever. On the evening of the 22nd day we got a call asking if we had a small dog named Sunny. He had been found... 25 miles away! The "finders" had lured him to them with a banana Moonpie and noticed that he had a tag on his collar. That was the tag we bought from Boomerang, it was easy to see and easy to read and brought our Sunny back home. I will always use Boomerang tags just based on that one event... thanks Boomerang!

We started our living room flooring project with a handyman which wasn’t working out well. I quickly looked online for a more professional flooring business and Footprints Floors was the first one that popped up. This was a Saturday so I left a message and wasn’t expecting to hear back until Monday. Hector responded that same day and came out to assess and provide an estimate. The estimate was fair and had his crew over in a few days and they got the job done in a very reasonable time. Our old wooden floor was stubborn which extended the job by a day but they got it done and our living room looks great. They disposed of the old floor and overall were very professional. Any future flooring jobs we may need in the future , we will definitely call Footprints Floors first.

I had my old wood floors refinished. They came one day to sand and stain. No dust in my house. Very clean. They returned the next day to put on another top coat. It looks beautiful! Love it. Great job for a very fair price. I will be calling them back after the holidays to do my other rooms.

I recently bought an older home that had an original wooden floor underneath carpet in 2 bedrooms and a hallway (with a layer of linoleum in the hallway). I chose to go with Footprints Floors b/c of the responsiveness of the owner Hector Perez. He came out to give me an estimate and timelines for the work. His crew leader Pablo was great! Pablo invited me to take pictures of the bedrooms as each stage of the process was completed. The sanding was virtually dust free. The polyurethane does have a strong smell and he warned me the varnish smell was even stronger, so do plan to stay with a friend for a few nights if you have sensitivities/allergies. I chose a clear varnish and the floors shine! Hector provided a Care information sheet and I look forward to enjoying these beautiful floors for many years to come! I highly recommend Footprints Floors for the personal touch and refinishers that take great pride in their work!
