Keith was extremely professional and a great communicator! He helped us throughout the whole process from the estimate, even though we weren't sure exactly what we wanted, to purchasing to the install. Keith's team of installers were very professional and quick and their quality was far above!

Footprints Floors did a fantastic job of installing wood laminate flooring in my living room, bath, kitchen and utility room. They did a superb job around the water heater, which has a round spill pan. They redid the floor and seal around the toilet. They did the wood trim around the edges too. Then, on top of all that, they cleaned up everything, sweeping the floors and removing all the trash. The crew was very polite and professional. Mine is a small 1 bedroom condo, but they did it everything in one day! I love my new floors! Thank you Footprints!

I recently had tile installed in the powder room of my home, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, the experience was smooth and professional. The craftsmanship is absolutely beautiful—every tile is perfectly aligned, and the attention to detail really shows. Chris- the installer was courteous, punctual, and clearly takes pride in his work. The new tile has completely transformed the powder room, and I find myself smiling every time I walk into the room. I love, love, LOVE it and would highly recommend Footprints Bath and Tile South Miami Valley to anyone looking for quality, reliability, and stunning results! Very professional company to work with. Utilized their services for repair of our stairs. Workers wore very efficient and made sure that no debris were spreading in the house. Very pleased with our new floor! From scheduling an estimate through job completion, Keith was easy to communicate with. He provided advice and information to help us select flooring we would be happy with. Tierre installed the floor with attention to detail, and stayed on schedule, despite having to repair some unexpected water damage to the subfloor.

I can't remember when I have delt with a more responsive contractor. Keith was on time from the first appointment for an estimate and was always on time till the job was completed. But of course the rather large tricky tile repair was flawless. We can't even tell where it starts or ends. Perfect blend into the existing floor.
