We selected Footprints Floors after interviewing several tile installation companies. They quickly responded and met with us the next day. Adam was very knowledgeable and shared creative ideas with us. We had trouble finding a tile that would work with our existing flooring, which was discontinued. Adam contacted his suppliers and was able to find the tile we wanted, and at a better price. As well, his pricing is very competitive with other companies. His workmen were polite, helpful and did a thorough cleanup each day. They completed the work in 3 1/2 days. We were delighted since the original quote was 4-5 days . And this was with the shipping company loosing two boxs of our tiles. Adam jumped in and found the same tiles in San Diego and had them trucked to our home in the San Fernando Valley in one day. It is so important to hire highly experienced and capable sources . We were fortunate to find Adam and Footprints Floors.

Honestly I’m so glad I found adam on offer up and decided to go with him his work is amazing and the floors are 10/10. I love how professional he was, and explained everything detailed. Adam did a great job, the floors look fantastic! (Especially the refinished hardwood floors) which were on their last legs, but his team made them look fantastic again. They also left us with a care plan to make them last much longer and stay fantastic. Tile-Work is a trade that needs a lot of responsibility and I was very nervous to hire anybody because when they start laying tiles, they can very quickly mess it up and cost you a fortune on materials without the proper planning and knowledge.
