As someone who has proudly worked as a Sales Manager at Footprints Floors Metro Detroit for the past two years, I’ve had the privilege of hearing countless stories from our customers about their positive experiences. But recently, I got to experience it firsthand as a customer and I was absolutely blown away. This is by far an absolute fantastic experience we had and just completed with the Footprint team (Jason & his son did the tremendous particular and demanding hard work into all the very smallest corners of a house built in 1940) , Billy convinced me fast at his first visit to do more than just the piano room -so we did the entire kitchen, the staircase, the entry way and the 2nd floor corridors!! Our house looks 50 years younger now !! I can’t stress enough the focus to the very details which I was really focused on, as I am coming from a German furniture and Hardwoodfloor family business, and therefore had the highest expectations- but not once did I have to point anything out which wouldn’t have passed my inspection!! We do love the water based varnish- over the oil based - as it lets the real hardwood be alive !! But of course this is individual taste. And the team will do an outstanding service either way a customer decides . The follow up is also fantastic- we had Ahmad coming within 18h of completion to conduct a thorough walk thru inspection, asking for anything g still to be completed prior to closing out our project - so very professional (I worked with BMW & RollsRoyce as customer and feel similar treated) . My sales assistants, Billy, came to my home within 72 hours of my request. He was very professional and knowledgeable on how my family room carpet will be removed, moisture barrier place down and the flooring installed. This was the only room in my home with carpet on the first floor. He was able to match the engineered flooring to my oak hardwood flooring in another room. They can out this Saturday and completed the job in one day. The workers were very nice and clean up my house after the job was done. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

Great quality job.

Bought my first house, and after getting rid of the asbestos tiles in the basement, I needed to trust someone to do a great job of putting new floors in that would help me have a cozy, usable basement floor again. Billy came out and did a great job with helping me understand what the process would be, and gave me a great quote. We picked out the right floor together, it ended up being some LVP. I got it ordered, and the team came through and did an amazing job bringing it to life. Professional, courteous, and responsive the whole way through. Really pleased with the end result. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for flooring assistance!

Great service. We had to push back the install because our kitchen cabinets were delayed and there was no issue. The installers were neat and clean and did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves and removed all the boxes and debris. The LVP floor looks amazing. Will use them again when we redo the bathrooms. Highly recommend!

I found my quote from Footprint Floors to be very competitive and I proceeded with them. Once the project begins, the craftsmanship and attention to detail is quite exceptional. The workers are friendly and if you are available during the build, they ask your input to make sure the result is exactly what you want. As in all projects, there are surprises. The work was done for the exact amount quoted, even with some minor additions during the job. Let us know when they would arrive and leave every day. Finished in the time quoted and collected the final 1/2 of the bill the day after they finished and the manager finished the final walk through.

I found this company through Angi's List. They completed flooring and backsplash in my kitchen. From the initial visit to when they finished everything has been top notch. Everyone was professional, friendly, and thorough. Ahmed was very communicative throughout the process. I ran out of materials for both jobs and he was patient with me as I waited for the extra materials to come in. Once the materials came in Ahmed immediately put me on the schedule. After every job they thoroughly cleaned up the debris and residue left from the job. I didn't have to do anything. They exceeded my expectations. I was so happy and I'm a very picky person lol. My kitchen looks great. I'm already planning my next job with Footprints. I will recommend them to all of my family and friends. We had a few stops/starts with scheduling, but once things got going it was pretty smooth. Almost no dust, which was pretty amazing, and the work was completed quickly and efficiently. The floor looks nice.

The workmanship was great. The team was pleasant to work with. It did take longer than I anticipated because their workdays started mid-day, so be prepared for your house to potentially be tore up longer than anticipated. There was also a large amount of dust all over the adjoining rooms because protective plastic was not used to seal off the work area.

They refinished my hardwood floors and it came out looking great! I told them that I was on a very tight schedule and they were able to get me in the following monday. It only took 4 days to completely sand down and apply three coats of finish on these old floorboards. I am very pleased with the result and will recommend them to my friends!

We had our fireplace wall and floor tiles replaced. The father-and-son install team worked together beautifully. They were very careful with the surrounding walls and flooring when they demolished the old tiles. They did all of the cutting outside. The new tile installation was very carefully done, and the grout and caulking have a much-desired professional appearance. The team cleaned up thoroughly both indoors and outdoors, removing as much of the dust as possible given the nature of the project. And they hauled away all of the debris. The Sales Manager (Billy), Inside Manager (Adnan), and Field Manager (Ahmad) were great communicators, always patient and helpful with questions and issues during this busy time of year. We worked with Footprints Floors Metro Detroit to install our kitchen's butcherblock countertops. Billy came out to do our initial evaluation and project estimates. He was incredibly professional and knowledgable, and willing to answer all of our questions. From the time of Billy's initial visit, it took less than a week to have the team come out to our home, remove the old countertops, and install our beautiful new butcherblock countertops! Just got my father’s bathroom floor redone and I couldn’t be happier. They were so helpful with all of my questions, from the estimate all the way to the end (and there was zero pressure in the sale, which I really appreciated.) Everyone was so friendly, accommodating, and they had really good price points. The tile job itself is immaculate, the way it’s cut so perfectly around the toilet and pipes, those guys did 10/10 work. And the place was left spotless! Will definitely use again.

I found Footprints Floors on Angi’s. They came to my home to estimate the job, which was small. They said they would fit it in between other jobs they had going. It took two weeks to do so, but they did! The Sales, Operations and Tiler employees were respectful of my time, questions and concerns. WOOD FLOORS I’ve wanted for years!!!! 🤩 Footprints Floors were experts at transforming our home. This was an extensive project with the entirely main level getting wood flooring. Rooms had carpet removed while other rooms had to be sanded, carpet on stairs was removed and everything was stained one color. Turned out more perfectly than I could have imagined!! Absolute BEST in the industry. They checked on the progress regularly to ensure complete satisfaction. In order to keep cost competitive, we bought and painted moldings, caulked and painted stairs. Pictures show before and after. We LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!! (Rustic Beige stain).

We recently finished our basement which included a living room, guest room and bathroom and needed new flooring. The salesperson, Billy, came by for a quote and after listening to our vision provided us with several options on how to make it happen. He answered all of our questions and provided recommendations and an estimate that day and was able to get us on the schedule the following week. I recently contracted Footprints Floors to install new flooring in my living room. The sales manager Billy was extremely knowledgeable and professional. This company is amazing! On time, professional and polite. They tiled my bathroom and fireplace and it looks AMAZING! I even had to leave them alone in my house and go to work for almost the entire project and they were great. A few unexpected issues with the project came up and they fixed everything for a very fair additional fee. Will definitely be using them again!

Footprints changed my stairs from carpet to vinyl plank. Very happy with the quality of work and price, I think it looks beautiful.

I had the carpeting and padding torn up in the living room, hallway and one bedroom and the wood floors were a BIG mess. The guys worked quite hard to get them sanded down well enough to refinish them. We chose our stain color and when the time came that the floors were ready for color they did a beautiful job. I couldn’t believe they were the same floors! I was sure we would have to re-carpet , friends and family were in awe of the job! I highly recommend this company and crew if you are looking at getting your wood floors refinished, you will not regret it.

Had floors (1100 sq. ft.) re-done (repaired, sanded, stained, sealed) on old home. Sales/pre-work communication was great (Jennie), but when it came time to do the job, communication was messy - coordinating between the owner, hand-off from sales, site manager, and sub-contractor actually doing the job; and the job took a longer time than expected (one-man crew, about 10 days). That being said, the cost was competitive/affordable, and the quality was awesome - since these are the two most important aspects, I give them 5-stars, and would recommend.

I was able to have my backsplash tile job within two weeks of contacting the company. The price was very good and the quality was meticulously completed in one day.

Adnan and his crew were very professional. We enjoyed working with them. They installed a walk in shower floor and tiled the entire shower. They also installed in floor heating and tile on the bathroom floor. The crew always checked with us to make sure, what they were doing is what we wanted. They completed the job before the timeline they gave. There were a couple of mishaps but they were right back out to make the repairs. We would 100% work with them again.
