Doug and his team were incredible! Jairo was the main person working on our job with another gentleman (I can’t remember his name). Doug gave us a great estimate for the work needing to be done and was very clear about our shopping list (we provided the product and they installed). We ran into some snags along the way but the guys handled it really well and worked through all of the hang-ups. The job was done right and it looks amazing! Doug worked with us on the extra work that popped up and made us aware of any extra charges which he even discounted for us. After everything was done Doug dropped off his favorite mop and cleaner for us to have. From the beginning to the end we couldn’t have asked for a better company to work with. Doug and his team are extremely good at what they do. They did an amazing job installing flooring throughout my entire house and worked with me throughout the entire process. Everything looks great and I love the new floor! (Note that in my photos, I do not have trim, that is because I am installing it myself, not related to the flooring work Doug provided)

He was open to suggestions and at my request was willing to try a new product for my basement floor. I just had my floors refinished with Footprints Floors and I am extremely pleased. I had LVT placed in Kitchen and Bathroom, and had my old oak floors sanded and refinished. They look amazing. I am very happy with how our new LVP floors turned out. Doug's guys were great workers and did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. We did have an issue where our new floor meat the top of our steps and when this was mentioned to Doug he wanted to make it right. We did have to order all our own material for the project and Doug gave us an itemized quote for the labor. I like how he did this because we were able to save a good bit compared to an all in one company. If your handy you could of even do some of the work yourself to save some more. Because of needing to supply our own material I had to order a specialized item for the steps. Doug did call up and check with me while the supplies were on order and very quickly scheduled his guys to address our steps the day after I had the material. He did not charge us anything when his guys came back and the floor looks prefect now.

We got three estimates and although this company was not the cheapest, they definitely were the best by far! Doug was the only one who said he would not want to do our floors until the water damage have been completely dried, and we were not even aware we had water damage! Where do I start, right from the moment I met him Doug was clear, concise and on point. I had a tight deadline that I was certain couldn't be met, but even with the flooring taking longer to acclimate, they still got it done in time and it's beautiful. I really can't sing their praises enough. A fantastic job, for a good price and the installers (Junior and his team) were also great, nothing was too much trouble plus they needed a sense of humor with my house, nothing ever goes smoothly and no walls are straight!!. The work they did sanding and refinishing our floors and stairs was excellent. We had a question about an area that was finished and they came right out and took care of it. It turned out that the area was done just looked different in the light.. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I will use them again when we do our kitchen over.

We called several companies and footprint was the most timely in responsiveness and professional with quoting. They were able to quote us site on seen with pictures from the MLS of the new home we purchased but didn’t settle on yet. They did an amazing job ridding of pet stains and bringing the 1969 Red Oaks back to their former glory!

I'd spent over a month working on my floors myself before finally calling in the pros at Footprint Floors. I had a quote within 2 business days and due to a convenient opening in the schedule, my floor was done 7 days from when I first called! The price was average, not cheap, but affordable enough to do a third coat of finish and get some boards replaced. My only advice would be to request to inspect post-sanding and prior to finishing. I had one hole that missed getting filled and a stray shaving in a dark corner of a closet. It was all taken care of, but it would have been better to catch it before finishing.
