It stated with the detail contract that was totally transparent to us. The crew showed up right on time and allowed us to know what to expect and when the job would be done. The attention to details was remarkable. This crew exceeded our expectations so much that we are ready to hire them again for other areas of the house to replace more floors. They communicated with us with clear expectations. It was clear to us the crew cared about our home as they cleaned as they went and left nothing behind. The crew came up with a solution for our flooring. They replaced the flooring in the bathroom and it looks amazing. They also replaced our downstairs flooring and we could not be happier. Ashton at Footprints Floors was a pleasure to work with. We hired a prior contractor to install wood look tile throughout our house. Their quality of work and attitudes were very unprofessional. They failed to level our floors, so our tile was installed unevenly, and they cut corners. I was stressed out about the floor job and was very leery of contractors after that. Ashton came over and evaluated our floors and was very knowledgeable and explained to us exactly what needed to be done and how he could help make our situation better. When him and his crew arrived to work on our floors, I could instantly tell they were going to make sure our floors were done right.
