Footprints Floors My hubby and hired the company owned by Ashton Dorsett named Footprints Floors. We have to say we are more than please with his company and crew. It stated with the detail contract that was totally transparent to us. The crew showed up right on time and allowed us to know what to expect and when the job would be done. The attention to details was remarkable. This crew exceeded our expectations so much that we are ready to hire them again for other areas of the house to replace more floors. They communicated with us with clear expectations. It was clear to us the crew cared about our home as they cleaned as they went and left nothing behind. The crew came up with a solution for our flooring. They replaced the flooring in the bathroom and it looks amazing. They also replaced our downstairs flooring and we could not be happier. The crew that came to us today was Gerson! They are awesome •

After meeting with three flooring companies we chose Ashton and his crew at Footprints Floors to refinish the floors in our 3-story townhome. We love our new floors! It was a lot of work to clear out all of our rooms and move away for a week but the end result was worth it. They did a great job, highly recommend. Footprints Floors did an outstanding job refurbishing my old wood floors and adding more wood flooring throughout my home. Ashton at Footprints Floors was a pleasure to work with. We hired a prior contractor to install wood look tile throughout our house. Their quality of work and attitudes were very unprofessional. They failed to level our floors, so our tile was installed unevenly, and they cut corners. I was stressed out about the floor job and was very leery of contractors after that. Ashton came over and evaluated our floors and was very knowledgeable and explained to us exactly what needed to be done and how he could help make our situation better. When him and his crew arrived to work on our floors, I could instantly tell they were going to make sure our floors were done right. I'm very happy with my floors and the job that Ashton and his crew did. I highly recommend Footprints Floors.

We used Footprints Floors before to install the vinyl plank flooring in our home and they did such an awesome job that we had them return to do the last two bedrooms.The guys were fast, efficient, very respectful and did a great job on the clean up before leaving. The business owner Ashton showed up at the beginning of the job and returned later in the evening to check how things were going. He also stopped by the next morning (Saturday) to check after the job was finished. Thanks again Ashton to you and your crew for doing such a great job. We have future plans to do countertops and backsplash and will definitely be giving them a call.

Our hardwood floors were 20years old and in ok condition just scratched in several areas and looked worn! Ashton and his team made them look like new floors!!! Definitely made a difference!! Great team, very professional and on schedule as promised!

Ashton and his crew did a great job with our floor installation. The work crew did excellent work which showed a high level of experience and good work as a team. Ashton frequently inspected their work and effectively resolved a few issues that came up related to our supplier. A few issues came up with availability of materials and Ashton did a good job of explaining the alternatives and we are very happy with the results. The crew worked hard and did excellent quality work. Five stars for sure!

Ashton and his crew did an amazing job! They ended up starting the project 4 days before originally scheduled. They were extremely professional and the workmanship was outstanding. He made a lot of suggestions to make our bathroom look great and we loved the results. As a contractor, he was present just about everyday to inspect the work and make everything run smoothly. The price was very, very reasonably. He went far and beyond to make the project finish quickly and efficiently without ignoring the quality of the work. Would hire him again in a heartbeat!

Ashton and his crew did a great job on a challenging flooring project that included round rooms, octagon rooms and up/downs. Project turned out much better than expected at a very fair price.

Mr Ashton came and gave us a bid on what it would cost to demolish and retile a floor and tub surround in a small bathroom. It was Avery reasonably proposal . They came and completed the work in two days. They cleaned up and hauled away all the trash. We are very satisfied with the work. Thank you Mr Ashton!

Very skilled and knowledgeable flooring installation professionals. Perfect experience from start to finish. Crew was neat and tidy, considerate of our home. They did a beautiful job on our floors, replacing carpet with laminate vinyl plank. Expert trim carpentry with excellent miters. I kept waiting for something to disappoint me but nothing did. First time ever to have a service provided that didn’t require settling for less than perfection. I would absolutely recommend Ashton Dorsett and his crew.

Ashton and his crew were awesome to work with… punctual, professional, and focused on getting the job right. They replaced LVP flooring that had buckled due to the previous contractor’s mishap. Ashton was very knowledgeable about the reasons for the floor’s premature buckling and suggested corrective actions and alternatives to meet every budget. I would highly recommend this installer!

Ashton, Arthur and all their guys were very courteous, professional and very timely with our floor project, in fact, I believe they actually finished ahead of time. We wanted to change the flooring in all of our restrooms and also remove the carpet on our stairs; but, we were indecisive about how to complement our existing flooring. Ashton helped us to narrow-the 8 tile choices that we liked-down to 1 and he was patient with us to discuss: tile patterns, grout spacing, wood finishes, and design elements.
