We had a tough project — removing old carpet from the stairs and inlaying tile — which required some reconstruction work. They handled it beautifully! The original tile throughout our downstairs was over 20 years old, and they did a seamless job demoing it and installing the new tile. They even transformed the steps leading down into our living room, which were previously oak and then carpet — now they look stunning with tile. The attention to detail and craftsmanship are top-notch. What a transformation! Our home looks brand new, and we can’t stop admiring the results. I was prepping my home to sale and Bob did a great job helping me decide what hard flooring would be most cost effective and look good with the carpets I have. His team were too notch professionals. Hector, Jerry, ans Luis are fast, and proficient. They are all great with hard floor install. Jerry is the king at anything carpet! He stretched my carpet and made it all look new again. Perfect for liating my home and not having to replace all of the carpet. When you put hector and jerry together…they are a dynamic duo. These guys were so nice and respectful. They even taught me how to do the hard flooring install. Showing me tips and tricks. They were oatient and allowed me to attempt some hands on learning. I had a great time learning from these guys. And they had the job done so fast. I would have these guys do any and all of my flooring anytime. Bob, gives the best prices hands down. I had a quote from a total of 5 different companies. Footprints did a really good job leveling my kitchen floor and installing my sheet vinyl. Very happy. Had a bad experience with the outfit subcontracted by a two word big box store. Bought new product elsewhere and had Footprints do the installation.

I HAD BAD WATER DAMAGE ON MY REAL HARD WOOD FLOOR, CALLED 4 PLACES FOR ESTIMENT, FOOTPRINTS FLOORING (BOB) CAME OVER AND GAVE ME A REASONABLE ESTIMENT, SO I WENT WITH THEM. TOOK A LITTLE TIME TO ORDER THE PERFECT FLOOR I CHOSE, BUT WAS DEFINITLY WORTH THE WAIT...HIS WORKERS CAME AND WERE VERY FAST, EFFICIENT, RESPECTFUL, & WENT ABOVE & BEYOND ..& THE OWNER BOB WAS ALWAYS CHECKING IN MAKING SURE I WAS HAPPY WITH THE FLOORING I CHOSE, & ANYTIME I HAD A QUESTION OR WANTED SOMETHING DIFFERENT OR ADDED, BOB MADE IT HAPPEN RIGHT THEN...I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH MY FLOOR ITS BEAUTIFUL !!!! The day of the install the team was super professional and was able to do the whole install in 1 day and provide excellent quality. Count on us referring them to other folks in the future

I was referred to Bob from a friend and I must say I was very impressed. From day 1 he has been prompt and in constant communication with me. Not once did I feel like I was being pushed into signing with him. He even ordered 10 carpet samples and delivered them to our house, when I couldn't decide which one I wanted and was unable to go to the showrooms due to scheduling conflicts. Install day was extremely smooth, his crew moved and replaced all my furniture on their own. They worked very efficiently and quickly. Initially I was told the work would take 2 days, max 3 ( replaced carpet in 1100sq ft ) however they completed it all in one day ! I've gone from having old and thoroughly worn out carpets with nails pinching me, to having beautiful plush carpets !

Bob was very prompt at getting out to give us a quote for our shower tiling job. He was attentive to our needs and very responsive with any questions we had. His employee that he had taking care of our job was Israel, and he did an outstanding job! He is very cordial and was able to help us finalize our tile orientation to leave us with the look we were after. He was meticulous with his cuts and always made sure to tidy up any mess before leaving for the day. Would highly recommend for your tiling needs!

He was able to give us a ball park estimate by phone and when we were more sure about investing in our home flooring he came out to measure and gave us a full estimate. We had our family room and bathroom floors installed soon after. They did a great job! I love the craftmanship by the installer and my floors look amazing!
