A and J were the workmen on this job. They refinished the hardwood in two rooms, a hall and also replaced the carpeting on the stairs with hardwood. Their work was outstanding. My experience with Footprints was exceptional -- 5 star PLUS. From the estimate (done by Jordan), to the scheduling of the work, to the expert tiler (German), it ran smoothly with great communication and beautifully finished work. In addition, a manager (Randall?) came with German so both could me meet me. Randall stayed until he knew I understood the process and German had what he needed. Randall even cleaned the floor where my stove had been. Randall kept in touch with me both days of the work and came at the end to see if I approved of the work. He loaded my car for me with the extra materials we didn't need and that I could return to the store where I bought them. Freddy was so great, he got the job done in less than two hours. I needed a gap filled in from where the previous cabinets ended compared to where the new cabinets started and he did amazing, you can't even tell where he patched the floor. Will definitely use them again for any future flooring needs!

There was a small misalignment in communication within the team that could be addressed. However, They were really great at communicating with me and making sure that we were on the same page. At the end of the day, the project turned out exceptionally well and on time. The end result speaks for itself. They’ve earned my repeat business.

1300 sq feet of worn hardwood floors look like brand new floors. Although project took a bit longer than Salesperson stated, the project manager (James) made sure everything was right and I have to commend the work ethic of the craftsmen who delivered a first class outcome.

Todd, Marcus and Antonio saved me from a handyman gone wild. I had a wall removed and the handyman said he could weave my floor to match. Not even close!! Todd, Marcus and Antonio were marvelous and did my floor exactly as I had envisioned. Love my floor!

We decided to go with Footprints after they came out to estimate our floors and were so professional and easy to work with. Jordan was great and answered all of my questions. Scott managed our project and helped to ensure the project was exactly what we wanted. Freddie did a great job finishing our floors and trim and left the house clean. The whole team was very patient with us, communicative and went above and beyond to make our floors right. Scott even went back to return extra materials for us to get us a refund. The job exceeded my expectations. One of the workers was great and the other was obviously just learning the job... but they worked well together. The job was great - but my big complaint was that neither of the 2 workers could speak any English, and I do not speak Spanish. I asked about this and was told by the salesman that at least one will always speak English. They did not even have a google translator with voice. Our communication was almost non existent and let to many problems - even small conversations like when to expect them the following morning. But they did a great job.......

Footprints was amazing! They knocked out my living room in just one day. I had initially booked the time slot months ago, but had to reschedule for unexpected reasons. Jordan made the rescheduling process so easy and friendly. I request they come on specific days of the week and he made it work. Freddie was so friendly when he arrived the morning of the construction. He left the house spotless! As a clean freak, this was beautiful to see at the end of a day of construction. All extra materials were piled nicely on the side of the room. As a female only home, we felt very safe and comfortable with the team in the house during the whole process. James handled the day of communication and assured materials were present. He was very helpful with any questions I had, even the silly ones. I’ll be recommending footprints to my neighbors. Footprints Floors just finished repair work on kitchen hardwood floors and we couldn't be happier! In 2021 we removed carpet from our 1927 home and had original floors refinished by another contractor, but several areas in kitchen were done poorly and contractor was no longer in business. Jordan came by to inspect what needed to be done, Freddie did an excellent job on the repair, and Marcus answered all my questions once the work was completed. Would definitely use Footprints Floors for any future projects we have. Thanks!

Marcus, Jordan, and the whole team were great. We just bought an old new house with red oak floors from 1962 that had been carpeted, stapled a few thousand times, nailed with framing and roofing nails, stained by pets and just worn to oblivion over the years. I wasn’t sure how expensive it was going to be to refinish and replace a number of boards and called many companies to get quotes for the project. Initially I thought id just have to throw down some LVP to stay on budget. Jordan came out and took a look. Gave us a few options and assured me that we’d be able to revitalize the floors. The quote was almost half of the highest and just slightly over another company that was hesitant to trust based on their reviews. Marcus and his team got to work and powered through in a couple of days and brought 1600 square feet of hardwood floors back to life. They look amazing. If anyone ever asks me where to go for their hardwood floors it’ll be the easiest recommendation to give for footprints. These guys were always ready to adjust to my crazy schedule and got the job done fast and for a fair price. They did such a great job I feel like I got a bargain.

We had major water damage through a random leak that started while we were out of town visiting family. We went with Footprints based on the experience of a neighbor who used them years before. We replaced the 4 rooms upstairs with luxury vinyl, and the entire ground floor with hardwood floors (some of the wood was damaged and thus replaced, and the rest of the hardwood was sanded/finished and stain to match. It all looks like an entirely new floor.). We are very happy with both the vinyl and the hardwood floors! The crew was great, and Marcus, the project manager, was fantastic. There were 2 small projects that needed a touch up, and a cleanup where some finish was on our countertop and entrance tiles. He responded in a very timely manner and took care of the issues. We go on record recommending Footprints!

Footprints did a beautiful job on our hardwood floors! As it is in many construction projects, we had a hiccup at the beginning of our project where a board needed replaced and a subcontractor hurried through the fix, and we weren’t happy with the end result. Footprints completely made it right through wonderful customer service to fix the issue, and the end result was absolutely flawless. Jordan excelled in customer service in creating a solution that we were happy with, and Scott was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, especially when walking me through stain options, and was very knowledgeable on the process of how sanding and staining hardwood floors, including the right time to identify any flaws before adding finish. This is the 3rd project we’ve worked with Footprints on, and we have been happy every time!

Called Footprints Floors to get rubber flooring installed in my basement for a home gym. Grant came out and gave me a great quote. Footprints and their crew did a great job on a fairly big flooring project. They replaced our main floor bedrooms, all stairs, and office with hardwoods (including doing herringbone!) and refinished the original hardwoods throughout our main floor to match the stain of the new hardwoods that went in. They worked with us on scheduling and timing as we had to plan the stairs in alignment with the baluster company, and around our family trips so that we wouldn’t be in the home while they refinished our floors. Overall, we are very pleased with the end results. There were a lot of challenges and some imperfections but our PMs and (James and Scott) and Sales rep (Grant) were very communicative and diligent in addressing every single concern we brought to them. They were also very budget friendly compared to other companies that quoted our project. I would definitely recommend.

A great experience with Jordan and Footprints. This was at least the 10th floor I've had refinished or installed. I only wish I found Footprints sooner. Super competitive prices and top notch customer service. I have no doubt I'll be using them on all future projects.

The floors were installed and they looked absolutely stunning. Footprints did all the trim work, so it was nice to have everything completed at once and also done perfectly with both the top and bottom of the trim caulked. Last minute during the cabinet install we had a hole in the floor where we thought cabinets were supposed to go. Footprints came out the next day and did a repair for us on Saturday/Sunday to meet the cabinet install on Monday. All around a great experience. Ivan was our hands on installer and his work and his team was top notch. Thanks to Jordan and Marcus for their management support to meet schedule!

When making a choice to refinish our ash floors i requested estimates from three companies. I was very impressed with Grants prompt response in coming out to the house and his professionalism throughout the quoting process. The quote was fair and concise in what we wanted including seeing multiple samples of sealers in order to have the finish we wanted. The job was completed beautifullly and in a timely fashion by Juan, Angel & Ivan. James, our Project Manager was there to do the final walk through and fix any of the areas we had concerns with. We appreciated his efforts to complete the job to our satisfaction. We had high expectations and had been in remodel mode for over 3 months which made for a customer who had a bit of exhaustion with contractors. I have used footprints floors twice after having them recommended to me by a friend. I’m so very pleased with my floors after they’re finished. Freddy was my technician this time and did an amazing job refinishing, staining and varnishing the floor. He was efficient, speedy while maintaining quality work. He cleaned up everyday and there was very little dust even though he had to do a lot of sanding. James followed up after Freddy had finished and answered all my questions. If I need any work done on my floors I will be calling this company again

I contacted Scott Campbell of Footprints Floors through Angi’s List. I was determined to obtain five bids at least before I made any decision. I wanted to have my main bath converted from a bathtub to a shower. Scott gave me a very reasonable bid and his presentation included many choices pertaining to labor and material. My choice of contractors was an easy one and I give the highest praise to Scott, his foreman Marcus and his entire crew. The workmanship was excellent and communication was outstanding. I would recommend them in a heartbeat and use them again.

I went through a bit of a journey with these guys. Overall, they are great, but they got burned a bit by one of their contractors who didn't do a great job on part of my installation. It's uncomfortable telling a vendor that the quality of the work is not right, but they agreed, re-ordered materials, put a different crew on the job, and made it all right in the end. These things happen, part of life, whats important is that it was rectified in the end. They're good people with a good business and in the end I'd recommend them and will return to them for my next job.
