Cost and Hotel Details:

  • $450 Franchisee (billed July 2025)
  • $400 per Additional Franchisee Guest (billed at the time of online registration)
  • Hotel Rates and Important Information: (please read carefully)
    King or Double Queen: $230.10/night (includes taxes, fees, and assessments)
    • There is a maximum number of five (5) occupants per Hotel room and a maximum of six (6) occupants per hotel suite
    • All guests must be registered with the front desk
    • The Hotel’s parking lot is reserved for guest vehicles only -On-Site Covered Parking-Valet Only ($39+tax/night). No oversized vehicles or dually trucks - Garage clearance 7ft
    • Complimentary Hot Breakfast - Enjoy scrambled eggs, oatmeal, fresh fruit, potatoes, pastries, coffee, and more. Hot, fresh, and free. Free hot breakfast is served from 6:00 AM - 9:30 AM weekdays, 7:00 AM - 10:00 AM on weekends.
    • From 5:30–7:00 PM. every evening, enjoy free hot food and cold beverages at the 5:30 Kickback. Try something different every night! A rotating menu of fresh, hot food and beer, wine, mixed drinks, and soft drinks is served every day.
    • All rooms include free Wi-Fi, TV, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, iron/ironing board, in-room safe, and hairdryer
    • Additional Adults (defined as 18+) after the first 2 are subject to a $20 fee
    • Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM
    • Hotel amenities such as the use of the fitness center and business center, as well as complimentary breakfast and complimentary 5:30 Kickback®, are for registered guests only
    • The Hotel’s pool and spa are for registered guests only, and non-registered guests may not be invited into the pool area
    • Hotel room doors will not be propped open and must remain shut at all times
    • Smoking and/or vaping in the hotel rooms is prohibited, and the Group may incur a $250.00 fee per violation

Registration for the 2026 Footprints Floors convention is currently open to all franchise owners and their guests. Click here to register.

While it is required for at least ONE franchise owner to attend the annual convention, it is by no means limited to franchisees only. We encourage you to bring employees and/or family members. Keep in mind that classes and meetings, as well as any mandatory evening social event, will be designated for adults only. Staying at the host hotel is mandatory for the franchise owner.

Attire is business casual for all events, with collared shirts (no T-shirts for men except the official convention or Regional T-shirt), shorts (not athletic), jeans, pants, and hats. We request that you wear Footprints Floors-branded clothes during the convention to make yourself and the Footprints Floors brand identifiable. We also recommend bringing a sweater or light jacket, since personal preferences vary regarding room temperature during events.

The hotel’s cancellation policy varies by reservation, rate, hotel, and dates, so please refer to your confirmation email for details.

Attendance at the 2026 Annual Convention is mandatory for Footprints Floors franchise owners. If extenuating circumstances prevent you from attending the convention, you must inform Laura Murphy in writing at [email protected] as soon as possible to have your situation considered for cancellation. While the attendee may be approved not to attend, he/she will still be responsible for paying the fee associated with the annual convention.

Footprints Floors encourages you to take photos with vendors, of products, with friends, and with corporate staff. We want franchise owners to be engaged and recognize that selfies and videos can aid in that process.

Corporate will create a designated folder in our Owner Drive before the convention, and anyone wishing to submit photos or videos to that folder for future use by Corporate is welcome to do so.

By attending this event, you consent to have your photo/likeness/video & audio recordings used in publications, news releases, online, and in other communications publicly and on social media.

Mandatory events to be attended by Footprints Franchisees are as follows: Opening Session, Expo, Welcome Reception, Classes, and the General Session are all compulsory events.

The General Session on Friday is a mandatory event. It is expected that any return flights should be booked with ample time to travel to the airport, return a rental car, and go through airport security after the General Session only.
