I cannot recommend Peter and Footprints Flooring enough. Newly widowed and having damage due to Hurricane Milton, I felt overwhelmed to say the least. Peter’s calm manner and professionalism was reassuring. His consistent communication and attention to detail during both planning and execution of the project resulted in a beautiful end result. We had our wood flooring replaced by Footprint Floors. It was a terrific job. We were very happy the men were able to match the marble floor without using a threshold piece. It sounds easy but it wasn’t. The floor needed to be brought to the level of the marble, about a 1.5 inch difference. It was not simple but it turned out perfectly. The men were careful and professional. We talked to many companies about this job and Peter and the crew met all of our expectations. Thanks for a job well done!

A wonderful experience from start to finish. Peter came out and gave a quick estimate. Scheduling was easy. The crew showed up on time and got straight to work. They removed all the old carpeting, moved our furniture for us, did the needed prep work, and got 1000 sq ft of flooring installed beautifully in 8 hours. When they were done, they put the furniture back and cleaned up so well you couldn't even tell they were there. Highly impressed with the work of Peter and his crew. The price was fair, and doing it this way saved us a lot of money. We would 100% use Footprints again!

They did the ceramic tile floors for my kitchen remodel. When I saw the quote I was a bit worried about the quality. Man I was wrong. Peter, Chris and Alex did a fantastic job and didn't waste any time either. Job was done in about a day and a half. I'm not posting pictures now because the remodel isn't finished and the only thing that looks good in my kitchen is the floor!

Footprint floors and Peter took great care of me on a recent renovation. I was under some time constraints to get a tenant back in a hurricane damaged house, and Peter jumped right in and got it done for us. His assistant Diego was also professional and efficient. Peter and Chris were amazing. The new tile floors match EXACTLY to areas installed by the previous owner. (Foyer was existing tile; living room is new). The work was done in a professional manner with extra care not to damage the freshly painted walls. The work was done to meet our schedule, even when we added a 2nd room. Peter could not have been easier to work with and we highly recommend Footprints! We had changing installation dates due to our changing move dates and then Hurricanes Helene and Milton hit and further delayed us. Our home was completely flooded by Helene and we are still trying to recover. The bright spot in all of this is the fact that Peter and his team were able to adjust their schedule to start right after Milton. We had changes throughout the installation and they were so helpful and accommodating and offered great solutions for us. The attention to detail was tremendous and they were so meticulous. Despite all these setbacks Peter came through with every single commitment made, plus the quality of the work is outstanding and the communication just as stellar. I cannot recommend Footprints Floors enough and I will never use another flooring contractor again. I would love to add better photos but since we are waiting for drywall our floors are currently covered with a protective paper!

My wife and I had to have our backsplash replaced and we were fortunate enough to have Peter Gray at Footprints Floors help us with this project. From beginning to end, he suggested we use Pro Source Wholesale here in Hudson for the materials, gave us a labor quote that we felt was reasonable, got us scheduled and within a couple of days the job was done. We were very pleased with the work that Chris did; he even had to cut the tiles outside while it was raining on the first day and the last day worked nearly 12 straight hours to get the job done. Bottom line, my wife and I highly recommend Footprints Floors.

I actually planned on doing this job myself but I got injured. I’ve done it before. So when I tell you Footprints did an excellent job in great turnaround time, you’re hearing it from someone who is an experienced DYIer on my third house. Not only do the floors look spectacular, the installers were so professional and polite. They took care of my floors as if they were their own. And the price was terrific on top of they! They also worked with me when it came to finishes which I am installing myself. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend them!

I would highly recommend Footprint to any who are looking for a new floor install. Either for a floor you've independently purchased or one bought through them. They stand behind their work like no company I've ever dealt with. I independently purchased a rolled linoleum floor and contracted out to them for the install at a reasonable price. They hired a subcontractor to install the floor. The install turned out to be faulty. They came and inspected the install and concluded we were correct in our assessment. They offered to attempt to fix it or refund our payment or install a new vinyl plank floor. We opted for the new floor and the owner himself did an excellent install. Very appreciative of their work and how they stood behind it. We highly recommend them.
