Tom did a fantastic job on our backsplash tile — it looks gorgeous! He worked with a very old house that had a mix of uneven plaster and drywall, and you’d never know it from how seamless the result looks. He was always communicative about when he would arrive and always cleaned up after himself too. Kyle was also super communicative throughout the whole process, keeping us updated every step of the way. Highly recommend Footprint Floors for any tiling needs!!

Wow! I can not speak highly enough for Kyle, David, and Ovi. Even though the job was small they had phenomenal follow up, communication and support. They repaired a few areas of hardwood floor that had been removed by previous owners and the matching was seamless. I can not tell where the repairs were done because of the quality of the work. When there was need for adjustments to some of the work (due to no fault of theirs) they went above and beyond to make sure the floor was perfect. I really can not speak highly enough of everyone at Footprints! We will absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs their floors done. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

I sustained significant water damage in my kitchen from a malfunctioning dishwasher. Foorprints repaired the damage after mitigation and restained and refinished the hardwood floors in my entire home. They were very professional, prompt, and efficient. Kyle and his team were so great to work with! Communication throughout was prompt and far exceeded our experience with previous contractors! We hired them to redo the flooring in our condo's common spaces and what a difference! The builder had left us with some badly done epoxy and some strange angles/slopes, and Kyle was able to provide insight about why going with a certain product would be necessary for our space considering those factors. None of the other companies that we had come out pointed out these factors, and looking back we would have had issues choosing something else.
