Matt and the team did an amazing job! From planning, to scheduling, to work to final walkthrough, everything was done on time and with great craftsmanship! It can be hard to find companies that can complete renovations on time and on budget, and they did both with the utmost professionalism! We especially loved their vinyl wrap products! They look great and are super durable.

Footprints did a fantastic job with my tile floors throughout the house. Unfortunately my refrigerator had a few dings after it was moved so they could tile under it. I took pictures and asked what could be done. They took $1000 off the bill and did the research to find me new refrigerator doors. I was very pleased with the whole process. Matt, came out we had a unique situation and he gave us some great suggestions and a great price on what we needed done. Melissa, the project manager for our project was on time looked over our project and verified all the items on the contract. Then returned later in the afternoon to make sure we were happy with the project and how it all turned out, which wife and I are very pleased. Antonio, the installer was great, on time as well, he kept us informed of what he was doing and very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. I will for sure use Footprints Floors East Valley for any other future projects I have for my floors.

Matt and Melissa were always so great at following up right away whenever I had questions about our bathroom remodel. The bathroom is complete and looks fantastic. Their team is very professional. The only thing I wish was that I would have had more time to sit with Matt prior to the start of the project to really go over every detail for a more accurate initial estimate. My work schedule made it difficult for me to have that time. The tile work on the flooring and shower looks incredible. I did have to pay additional for an electrician to move and add a couple of electrical components due to an LED mirror/cabinet I wanted hung as that was one detail prior to the start of the project Matt and I had not covered. Also, I picked out a shower head and wand through Amazon that apparently was more difficult to work with than simply going with a standard name brand but the plumber did a great job making it all work. The handyman installed our custom vanity and fixtures that look wonderful. ProSource supplied the tile, materials, and vanity that we are so happy with and they made it so easy to pick out everything we wanted. Thank you Footprints for giving us a new bathroom!!

Footprints Floors helped me get flooring redone for a house that I am listing for sale. They were able to get in the next week and have everything done by the end of the week just before a short term renter came in to occupy the property. Everything went super smooth, Matt got me an estimate same day and Melissa ensured the project was being handled in a timely manner from start to finish! My client was super happy and the project turned out beautifully. We will definitely be using them again in the future!

We chose extra long and wide floors which is extra challenging to install. I could not be happier with Footprints! Having 4 dogs, my bedroom carpet was a horrible disaster. I found tile that matched the rest of my house, and Footprints installed it. The installer (I wish I had written down his name) was incredible! I tried to keep my 4 dogs outside, but they weren't having it. The installer told me to let them in, he would be fine. And sure enough, my dogs made a new best friend (one tried to leave with him on the first day). My project started on a Monday morning, and by Tuesday afternoon, the whole room was done and grouted. It looks fantastic! They were upfront on pricing and very clean. Will definitely use them again, and recommend them for sure!

The Footprints team were amazing! I needed new flooring in bedroom, kitchen and repairs to wood flooring and kitchen backsplash. From the minute I submitted a webform with interest to today when I made my final payment, they were responsive, considerate, easy to work with, listened to and understood what we were really hoping to achieve, and DELIVERED! Every time we walk in the doors to our home and see our new stairs we take a deep breath and relax knowing they are beautiful, protected, and done with high quality materials and craftsmanship. They were able to match (as closely as can be expected) the stain of the real wood to our LVP flooring throughout the rest of the home. I even called them back to ask if they could fix a few things that seemed like small misses, but would have bothered me daily, and they didn't hesitate - Edgar even came out on a Saturday morning to button things up. Price was fair - work is outstanding - experience is 5-star! Than you!!

We found Footprints Floors through a Google search. We did their online free estimate request and was promptly contacted through a text to set up an appointment. Matt came within two days, sent a proposal within another two days, and was able to start the work within another week. We chose Footprint Floors to do a kitchen backsplash to upgrade our kitchen. The night before the project start date we received a text from Melissa, who was assigned to be the manager for the project. She detailed what to expect the next day. The day of the project, Matt introduced us to Fernando and his son, who did the work. Melissa, came later in the day to check on the progress and to see if Fernando needed anything. Fernando and his son were professional, took great care to protect the surrounding areas, did precise work, and cleaned up almost without a trace, inside and outside. I had Footprints Flooring do our living room area and I couldn’t be happier. We had some damage done to our carpet from our pups and Matt came by to take measurements and set up a time for the new flooring to be put in. He was super friendly and helpful. It took them about 8 hours to do the whole area and it looks fantastic! They checked in a few days later to make sure everything was what we wanted. Awesome experience with Footprint. We replaced our entire downstairs flooring along with the stairs with LVP. Their crews did an excellent job with the demo with dustless tile removal. They even removed our nook and some cabinets when we asked. The flooring came out incredible and we would absolutely recommend them.

I called Footprints on short notice on a Friday needing flooring installed asap in my new office building. They were out right away the following Tuesday. The price quoted was great. More importantly, they have great communication, during install they found a large crack and also an uneven area of the concrete foundation. Footprints called me and explained what they found, they gave me a recommendation and a quote on what needed to be done to fix the foundation so the flooring could be installed properly and up to their standards. Footprints also carefully removed my existing baseboard and reinstalled it when the new flooring was installed. The end result was amazing. The flooring and baseboard looks incredible. Footprints Flooring did a great job on ripping out our old fireplace framing, mantle and brick, and then installing a new fireplace mantle and tiling all the way from floor to ceiling. Matt and Antonio were on time, responsive and understood the remodeling vision. The quality of work done was terrific! We would highly recommend them!

I've known Matt, the owner, for a few years, and originally had him in to do a stone resurfacing on a fireplace. I also had him do an estimate to replace my old tile floors as an add-on. Once I saw how affordable the labor was on both projects I jumped right in. My house, built in 92, looks modern and updated with the wood look tile, updated baseboards, and the new stone faced fireplace. Would recommend to anyone interested in giving their house a facelift from a great local business with an involved owner.
