I have a hardwood floor that developed a squeak between boards. I called Footprints Floors of Ashburn to make an appointment for an estimate. The technician/owner, Tim Buser, was in the local area and kind enough to squeeze me in for an assessment. Tim was quick to identify the problem and fixed the loose board immediately. Additionally, he fixed adjacent wood blemishes and made the job look as nothing happened. I shall not hesitate to contact Footprints Floors of Ashburn in the future.

Tim provided excellent support and was very trustworthy with the entire process from sanding, sealing, and finishing. I will absolutely have Footprints Floors perform work for me on future projects!

I hired Tim and his team to replace all of my laminate flooring due to a leak. From beginning to end, Tim exhibited excellent customer service. He knew I would be working with my insurance and ensured I had the appropriate documentation to send back to them. He also was quick to set up an estimate and turned around with the quote pretty quickly! The work took a bit longer than he initially estimated, but again, he and his team did great. They took about two days to complete all the work (replacing about 700sqft of laminate flooring with LVP and refacing my tiled fireplace with limestone). He paid very close attention to detail asking me my preference on things as small as grout color and spacing. He also made it very clear which items I would need to ask for/order from the supplier in order for them to complete the work. Even afterward, I had Tim come back for a few QA checks as I got settled into my space again and he made sure to tie up any loose ends and ensure our floors and fireplace were pristine and upheld to his standard of work. I am super appreciative of Tim and though I hope to not have to replace any more flooring in the future, he will definitely be the first on my list to call if I do! Thanks, Tim and team!
