Jared came out to meet with me in late 2024 for a flooring estimate and i was very happy that he answered all my questions. Didnt come across as rushing me or irritated by my questions. This was a nice change from other companies. While all 3 floor estimates were within a few hundred $$ of each other i Choose Footprint floors due to this. While along the way i had a few hiccups with the contractor themselves, Jarred was nothing but communicative, quick to respond and dealt with each issue or concern i had along the way with nothing but professionalism. Again this is a nice change from so many companies. Would absolutely hire them again for additional flooring needs.

They replaced them with beautiful LVP that is much more durable for a rental that will take a lot of wear and tear. Oh, my floors no longer squeak! We worked with footprints to sand, stain, and refinish all hardwood surfaces throughout our home, update the spindles along our staircase, update/upgrade our basement stairs and add new LVP to our foyer. Outstanding craftsmanship and work installing floors throughout our home. Communication could be better to include daily hours of crews and time windows to be home to facilitate house access. Sometimes had to follow-up a few times to confirm an appointment. Amir stopped by to pickup extra flooring, as agreed to. Overall great work and would recommend.

Jared and his crew were professional, helpful, and excellent. When traditional methods for fixing a squeak was not working, they patiently worked with us and found a creative solution. They are the right guys to help with your flooring needs. Now we have a beautiful bathroom without that annoying squeak. They are also respectful, kind, and most of all knowledgeable about their craftsmanship.

They did a fantastic job on my 100 year old floors! I wanted to keep the floors character and imperfections, but spruce them up, and they delivered. They completed the pretty large job in just 2 days (entire house is wood floors). It has been over a month and the floors still look amazing. During the floor work, a water line on my fridge burst (not their fault- It was related to the fridge being moved 10+ times earlier in the week) and one of the workers was able to repair the line immediately, which obviously saved me a ton of stress. Can't recommend them highly enough, they do great work, have great customer service, and in particular are good with old floors. I was anxious letting someone work on my floors because of their age but they took great care with their work. See photos for the before and after.

Used Footprints for a kitchen backsplash install. Jared was great to work with - very communicative and punctual. The crew that did the install was also awesome, efficient and the final product looks great. I would maybe take a half star off of the review just because the only room for improvement with these guys is giving a little bit more guidance on what materials to purchase ahead of time - I ended up being instructed to buy way too much tile and other supplies that weren't needed and then also had to scramble the day of install to get stuff I didn't know about. In the end no big deal, just led to making some returns. Overall super happy!

Working with Phil and Dan was a positive and friendly experience! We had the carpet in our entire upstairs replaced with hardwood and are thrilled with how beautifully it turned out. My husband and I especially appreciated the feedback we got during the planning stages that saved us money and kept our interests in mind rather than Footprints just trying to make as much money off of us as possible. From start to finish our project was seamless! Phillip provides customer service that is second to none which is a big deal for me. He is responsive and goes above and beyond to make sure the project is just what the customer wants. We had our main floor, red oak hardwood, sanded and restrained with a matte finish. Our original floors had a lot of ambering from the sun and the type of finish. Needless to say, our jaws hit the floor when we returned from vacation. The floors are better than I ever could have imagined. I got three other estimates and their customer service and attention to detail, along with the fair price, made it a no brainer! If you're on the fence, USE FOOTPRINTS FLOORS. The owner, Phillip, himself came to complete the measurement and estimate of my flooring repair. job. He made it simple and described the process without any "contractor lingo." On top of it, Phillip and his team were incredibly friendly, professional, and warm. It only took a week from the time Phillip completed the measurement to the time the job was done. The team completed it while I was away for the weekend and I trusted them to be in my condo without me present. Do yourself the favor of making your flooring repair/replacement easy and having it done right!

Incredible experience working with Footprint Flooring! Our new house needed the floors sanded and refinished. Philip was extremely helpful and responsive from when I first met him for the estimate and throughout the duration of the process. Bernardo performed a stellar job and even did a third coat (at no extra charge) to make our floors really perfect. Additionally, we needed one wood board replace and it was repaired. Philip and his team were extremely easy to work with. Our floors truly look phenomenal and we are so grateful! When we have future flooring needs, we would definitely use them again!

They did a great job replacing the shower pan and tile of my shower floor. It was a repair job so I provided all materials and they did an excellent job demoing and laying the new tile. Everything is water sealed and after over a month no issues to report. Phil and Leo did a great job knocking this one out. Would use again!

Footprint Flooring did much more than we originally contracted. I got great advice on the type of flooring, and where to secure it. Phillip, the owner, picked up and delivered the flooring promptly. After expertly installing the flooring, we had a sewage backup, and for a very small charge, Footprint returned and repaired the damage. During the entire process, Phillip was in constant contact with me to advise and update me. I felt like I was treated as a valued person and not as just another job to finish quickly and rush to the next one. This experience of remodeling a basement after a flood has been difficult and frustrating. Footprint Flooring and Phillip has been the best part of this project.

Footprints helped us after flooding and a sewage backup. They gave us great information and referrals to get high quality flooring at a good price. They installed the flooring on time at a reasonable price. During our remodeling Footprints was the easiest to work with.

We’ve used other flooring services in the past, and footprints was such a better value! We were able to go to a warehouse to pick out our own floors from hundreds of options, order what we needed based off of our free estimate. We had everything installed, (four upstairs bedrooms and closets), in only one day! The crew wasn’t satisfied with the way the transitions from our carpet to new floors were laying so they found a different solution and came back to fix it to their standards, which was not even something I would have noticed. I was very impressed with our install crew and with Ryan for taking care of our whole process. Footprints is a no frills style of flooring company, and the freedom to do a couple things on your own saved us a bunch of money, and got us the floors we really wanted. I would highly recommend!
