We had several companies come out and look at our maple floors. Many were not confident about the final outcome and tried to steer us towards natural refinish or replacing our hardwood all together. Tony came out and immediately put us at ease with the expertise and care they would take on our floors. Not the cheapest option but not the most expensive either. Footprints did an absolutely amazing job interlacing and matching our maple floors. We couldn't be happier! The pictures really don’t do them justice, it’s absolutely beautiful!

If you have worked with contractors or remodelers, you almost expect to have delays and extra costs. You won't get this with Tony. He stuck by his original estimate (down to the penny) and actually finished one day ahead of what was promised! We had a new hardwood floor installed by Footprints to replace carpet and old hardwood. Tony was very patient and helpful in the process of selecting and ordering the new floor. He was always available guide us through the process and kept us informed of all activity. We are very happy with the result and would highly recommend Tony and Footprints to anyone.

We had old carpeting that needed to be removed due to stains and being old in general. The kitchen and entry way had old oak hardwoods that needed to be refinished. Of 8 consultations and quotes, Tony' from Footprints was the only one that discussed putting in new hardwoods for the carpet and then refinishing the old existing hardwoods to make a nice congruent look. He also seemed the most knowledgeable about our floors in general. Additionally, we have a fireplace hearth that needed a special transition piece to match the look of the floor. The floors turned out great. The crews on the project were very professional and cleaned up well. From hearing nightmare stories about saw dust everywhere after such projects, we were a little worried about cleaning up afterwards. Tony's group did a great job of keeping the house clean and post installation cleaning was easy on us. Other concerns were of the VOC content and smell; however, we didn't notice much of a lingering smell and they use low VOC chemicals that dry quickly. So, low toxicity. We were out of the house for 3 days and then back home. All-in-all the floors turned out great and we didn't have any lingering problems. There were a couple of small issues we noticed and Footprints came right out out a fixed them. Would easily recommend Footprints Floors.

When we bought our house last year, we had CoreTec floors in the majority of the living areas and carpet in the bedrooms. We wanted to remove the carpet in the bedrooms and blend the CoreTec floors seamlessly from the hallway to the rooms. Tony was incredibly responsive and arrived onsite to provide an estimate. He was able to source the material and get it shipped incredibly fast, and his crew had the old carpet out and the new floors and baseboards installed in just a couple of days. Tony's communication and customer service were top notch, his crew was very tidy and respectful, and the quality of the work was excellent.
