Just absolutely wonderful!! I researched a few companies and had a couple quotes before deciding to go with Footprints! Chip was ultimately (along with pricing, of course;) the reason I went with them! He is just fabulous! He’s responsive, kind, and patient! He provided multiple options and answered any questions I had regarding materials and best options. Chip and Andrew met up with me at the tile shop to look at materials and provide their professional opinion regarding my tile preferences. I felt no pressure to go one way or the other. He gave me options and let me decide. Customer service, knowledge, and work ethic are certainly top notch with Footprints! I couldn’t be happier with my bathroom remodel!

We really needed to update our stairs. The carpet was a pain to always vacuum as we age and had tears in them as well as staples or nails I kept hitting! We decided on hardwood stairs! Boy am I happy! They are easy to clean, match our flooring on the first floor and the railing. Definitely recommend! Chip and Andrew were so easy to discuss what they would be doing including painting the risers (a lot make you do it or you buy the paint). Looks beautiful! Love love love this! Can’t wait for bathroom too. Their great work and customer service is top notch. Definitely call them for your home needs!

I just completed a project with Footprints that started small and quickly grew to include the whole first floor. Chip and his crew were great along the way, working with me as the project grew and still completing the work in a timely fashion. He provided frequent communication for arrival times and any changes. They also recommended other contractors that also did good work. The project ended up being much more complicated than originally planned, but the crew worked hard to ensure the surface was prepped well and the finish product looks great! They were punctual each day, and communicated really well. I would certainly use them again for future flooring projects.

Guys did a fantastic job laying my flooring and did 1900sq ft in one day. It should be noted that flooring was ordered on a Saturday, delivered to my house 5 days later and installed 6 days later. Very quick turnaround. Would highly recommend them.

I hired Footprints Floors (Chip Dunn) because he gave me a reasonable price to have my foyer tiled. The floor was formerly laminate and showed worn spots and was warped (due to my dog before he was house trained). Chip and his helpers, Merlin and Katie, showed up exactly on time and got to work immediately pulling up the old laminate flooring. It was not an easy job as it was glued to the floor. Merlin and Katie worked beautifully together and both were very knowledgeable in what had to be done. The end result was perfect and I am so very pleased. They even did a couple other minor jobs for me before they left. I would definitely recommend calling Chip Dunn for any flooring issues you may have. You won't be disappointed.

The CEO and his associate came out to give me an estimate. I agreed to the contract and placed my flooring order at Atlanta Flooring and Decor. After making sure everything would be ready within our timeframe. Chip confirmed our timeframe. The day of installation Chip, Andrew and the installer arrived on time. The installer got to work immediately and had installed my LVP flooring within four hours. Everyone involved with this job were professional, polite and extremely knowledgeable about flooring.
