Highly recommend! We bought a new home with white oak floors throughout the main level that were in very rough condition. The wood was rough and cupping, dull, and some of the top coat was worn off. After talking to 4 companies about doing this project we are extremely happy that we chose Footprints Floors. Other companies tried to pressure us to refinish our floors, but Footprints told us they could clean, buff, and shine the floors without restaining. They scheduled us quickly and worked around our construction schedule. The finished product was beautiful, better than I expected! Our floors look brand new! Can’t recommend more.

This is the second project that Footprints floor has done for us. We were very happy with both jobs! Last year they put up a backsplash up for us that ended up covering all of cabinet area (quite large) from the countertops up to the ceiling. It is perfectly done! We were under a tight timeframe to resand the floors for a tenant turnover. Aaron was amazing and got our job fitted in the same week. Floors were in pretty bad shape with some serious stains from potted plants. He was able to get the stains out and completed the whole job (albeit small since it was just a kitchen and foyer) in just one day. Floors look almost new now. He was careful an$ professional throughout with great communication to keep me informed and to approve color after the first coat. Will definitely use him again.

After getting a quote from another company that didn’t leave me feeling very confident, I reached out to Aaron and he came over and gave us an amazing quote and a timely plan. There were no unexpected costs and when there would be added expenses they would clearly communicate them. I was very picky with the floor stain options and they even mixed two colors to get the look I was trying to achieve. Footprints truly went above and beyond and was an excellent company to work with!
