JR was flexible to work with us when we decided to expand our project. Jose and the work crew were efficient and did great work. Our floors look wonderful.

JR and his team just completed an amazing renovation on my home. The plans started out fairly simple but as I came up with new ideas, the plans changed and JR was on board with every single one. He helped me outsource other companies to help complete my vision and the last room-the primary bath-was the most extensive and came out better than I dreamed it would. Alex was the most trustworthy and talented craftsman I’ve ever met. His work was absolutely amazing. I never had to worry about anything when Alex was here working. He sent me pictures and gave me great suggestions for things I didn’t think about. He was always dependable and as I said trustworthy beyond imagine. If I ever need to do another renovation, Footprints is who I will use. They did a guest bath, my kitchen/breakfast room, hallway, laundry room and my primary bathroom.

JR jumped right in to help us out. We were in a time crunch due to a recent move. Our floors were scratched during the estate sale, and new owners were taking possession immediately. He returned my call, assessed the damage, and was prepared to remedy the problem all within a few days time! INCREDIBLE customer service.

Good job all around. Workforce was motivated and concerned about getting it right rather than just getting it done. We had a hiccup with the shower curb and JR and the team dove in and made it perfect to our satisfaction! Also, we were very comfortable with them in and around our home.

Wow! Top notch service and professionalism from initial walk-through and estimate with JR to completion with Alex. A 3/4 inch slope was found in the floor before the tiles were installed and they handled that too. Check out the photos to see our perfect, new bathroom for our children.

Footprints installed tile in the office I work in. They were extremely friendly and professional. There were a few guys that did the work but Alex was the one that was here every day working hard to get the job done. We were shocked at how quickly Alex was able to get the job done even though he was usually by himself. He was courteous and always minimized the noise as much as possible and never got in anyone's way. I believe JR is the boss. He came by a few times and was always professional and made sure we were happy with the work being done. I wish I knew the other guys names so they could be recognized as well. They were all hard working, focused on their jobs and always well mannered . I highly recommend Footprints to anyone looking for floor installation.

JR came and assessed the scratches on my laminate flooring. I was thinking that the boards would have to be replaced. He said let me try to fill the scratches first, and if that works you won’t have to replace the boards. I said why not it would be less expensive to do that and if it didn’t work then I could do the board replacement. JR did such a great job filling them that I decided if necessary at a later time I would have him replace the boards. He is very straightforward and professional when he gives you the options on your project.

JR with Footprints Floors did a great job on our floors, they sanded, stained and top coated 2,500 square feet of 3/4" white oak. The team was very punctual and attentive to our requests. We are very satisfied with the finish work performed. We have received many compliments on our flooring and the finished color. They also installed the tile for our fireplace, wet bar and kitchen backsplash. Installation went smoothly an JR' crew took the time to follow the design we selected, very clean and protective of our unfinished flooring during install of tile and prior to finishing the wood floors.

These guys are great! JR made the entire process easy from day one. He came out to give a free estimate and was very transparent about the work needing to be done. The pricing was also competitive and affordable. They came out when they said they would and finished earlier than expected! I will be using these guys again for future projects. Hired this company to replace old tile in kitchen and laundry room. They did such a good job, I started a phase two of tile work in other parts of my home.

JR and his crew did a fantastic job! They showed up as scheduled and had moved all the furniture out of the house in no time and began the whole house floor replacement. Completed the job ahead of schedule. We added an additional task of widening one of the closets. Great job there too! Also most of our closet space was not finished from the previous owner and JR's crew replaced all of the closet space. We were very pleased with the kitchen tile as well. I would highly recommend Footprints Floors.
